The room was a nice place, but there was no mention of the train directly being the room that constantly runs. The earplugs on the nightstand should have been a clue if the noisy environment.

Perfect for trip! Clean space, tidy, and easy to find all the things I needed. Would stay here again! Some complain about the train noise, we had no issues. Yes, have to walk near homeless people on way to Broadway, but area is well lit and felt safe walking with my group through the area.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Had a little difficulty getting checked in, but the host was very helpful with the resolution. We were close enough to walk to most destinations. We would definitely stay again.

-Condo unit was modern. -Walkable to Broadway.-Building utilized key app to get into all areas - was secure.-Pool area was nice. -Offered concierge luggage storage out last day which was helpful based on flight times.-Host was good to communicate with. -Train tracks are right outside of unit (used a noise machine, but still very loud if you are not used to).-No issue for us, but unfortunately lots of homeless people around the area. Fine during day, but I would not be walking at night (used ride service).-Overall good stay. Would have been nice to have a reference sheet in unit on good restaurants, bars, etc. to check out in area.

I will start with the positive, the property itself is beautiful & well maintained. We were able to obtain parking in the upper garage and park for free for our entire stay. A very nice perk for Nashville. The pool area is beautiful. Also, the reception & security staff were amazing.Unfortunately upon check-in, the Latch app we were asked to download did not work as we had no internet. After messaging back & forth with owner, she provided us with manual codes, until we could connect to Wi-Fi. Upon entry, we found that the unit had never been cleaned. Once again, contacted owner who was very apologetic. Due to the lateness, she couldn’t have unit cleaned until the following day. She arranged a hotel for us downtown. This was a necessary alternative; however, not how we planned on spending our first night in Nashville. Upon check-in, there were a few other issues regarding supplies/ perks that were supposed to come with rental, reached out to owner again, who quickly remedied the matter with a Walmart delivery.The listing does mention there is train noise. This was pretty much non-stop & didn’t allow for the best relaxation at pool or on patio (which was directly next to train track). Ear plugs are provided for sleeping.Thankfully, the owner was very responsive & apologetic concerning all issues. However, I would have preferred not having to reach out to her at all. No fun starting our trip with all the stressors we faced.

The condo was super nice, stocked with everything you need. The building is super secure, a little annoying you have to type a password for the elevator but with the area I get it. Parking was a decent rate and it’s gated. I would stay here again

This "AREA" is an up in coming area. which means it is in a very unsafe part of town. I told a local bartender where we were staying and they were very concerned for us. I see why when we arrived.The homeless are all over, the train tracks is literally right next to the building and the trains are constant and loud at all hours of the day and night. I asked if I could drop off my luggage early as we were doing a tour at the Opry and the owner was very accommodating but also said that the lobby would hold them. The sign on the lobby desk said they could not take any luggage. After sitting 30 minutes in the car I was finally given the codes to get in. The apartment is not well stocked, it is the bare basics. The place still had garbage, not well cleaned and pointed it out to the owner and did refund the cleaning deposit.Water pressure is a trickle, not a very welcoming as my VRBO from a few days ago welcome us with wine, cheese and crackers and a personal note so we were very turned off by this place.As we were in the lobby a guest in the apartment next to us was complaining to security that a man climbed into her balcony and walked into their space. She clearly was shaken and it did not make us feel any safer. He was later arrested.I appreciate I was with my husband but if my daughter was on a a girls trip I would have been very worried.I would not call this walking distance to anything as I said a very unsafe neighbor.Think twice about this building.

Hotel style apt in the Pie neighborhood of Nashville

The building was easy to find, accessible from the main thoroughfare approaching Nashville from the east. It was clean and neat and the furnishings met out needs with the king bed very comfortable. We do not recommend this booking for older adults or people with sleep issues. The proximity to the trains produced considerable noise during the night. We encountered some issues using the App digital security system. With the exception of Tennessee Brewworks which we enjoyed, most sights and restaurants were .5 mi plus walking. Recommend The Iberian Pig for dinner and Two Hands for breakfast. We enjoyed Colorful Nashville a mural exploration tour with JB.

The property was fantastic & Lauren was a terrific host. Exactly what my wife & I were hoping for during a short getaway to Nashville. Very conveniently located with great bars & restaurants just a few blocks away - easy to walk & also easy to get ride share to & from as needed. The amenities were great. Easy access to the pool, the lounge, and the elevators with a convenient App. The apartment itself was terrific - very spacious, comfy bed, well stocked kitchen, washer & dryer in unit. Everything you need. Definitely will stay again - can’t wait to come back!
