„We came to town for a funeral and we expected to just have a place to stay, but it was SO much more. What a gem! The hosts were amazing, leaving us cookies and cake pops and even leaving a sympathy card, such a kind gesture. The place was perfect for my husband and I, great bed and all the comforts of home. When we needed a quiet space to feel at home during a difficult time, this charming pool house was the perfect place! We hope to return soon! Thank you Ted and family!“

„Only stayed one night but it was place a person would one to stay longer the home was beautiful and and nicely away from traffic .but close if enough for on and off 75 I would stay again if my travels takes me to southern Ga. Host was very close by to answer and questions. So appreciate you letting us stay in your home.“

„The stovetop was not accurate to the temperatures represented. And the oven was old and cook slow. The microwave did not work, but they did order us one countertop. The door to the patio did not close and mosquitoes and bugs and cats could get in. some of the furniture in the area was torn and needed upholstery why youclean, but there were not a lot of extras. No hangers the patio was a little dusty and dirty. There was a lot of stray cats around the area.“

„We had an incredible stay at the Cozy Cottage in Valdosta. The home is very well decorated, well stocked with items for the kitchen and bathrooms. Our 4 adults and 2 teens were very comfortable for our weekend stay. The host was above and beyond with some additional touches like hand soap in the bathrooms and creamer pods for the coffee bar. While simple, the water filter for the fridge was great so we didn't need to buy bottled water. The towels in the bathroom were upgraded and not the ...

„Dangerous Dump.....this place has issues. 1 electrical outlet per room, holes in the wall that communicate to the outside, rotten wood, spongy floors, no bakeware or bowls, pickup trucks included in the backyard, dangerous driveway, window air conditioning. I could go on and landlord wouldn't refund after what I considered a misrepresentation of the facility. It's a tear down property, but is probably on the historic register or should be.“

„Well, you get what you pay for. The rates were very reasonable, and there was plenty of space. However, we found that dishes that were dirty were put away as clean. Found them in the cupboard dirty and we washed them ourselves...no dishwasher. No amenities. We're not complainers and didn't reach out to Orlando, as I believe "it is what it is." Orlando seemed like a nice guy, however, I don't recommend this place.“

„I was Extremely Disappointed, I asked specifically about the fenced in backyard,I was told it was secure,it was a mess! Holes in it spaces,and rubbish stacked in thecyard,presenting a major hazard. Needless to say, my fur babes were miserable! Ihad to leash them at all times.Thisxwas my main concern. I was very honest with the host,I just wish he'd returned the honesty!“
