« Magnifique hotel, très bien situé pour visiter Washington DC. Très belle chambre (la 309), un peu bruyant cependant, à cause de l'immense systeme de ventilation installe sous les fenetres. Demandez une chambre située sur un étage plus éleve. Restaurant très beau et excellent menu brunch. Personnel tres gentil à l'acceuil et dans le restaurant et au bar également. Adresse à retenir. Nous retournerons c'est certain. »

« La force de l’hotel est le Café Riggs. Tres cool et sympathique comme endroit. L’hôtel est bien situé, spécialement pour une partie de hockey. Le personnel est courtois. Greta, la manager est hyper gentille et attentionnée. Je recommande le Riggs et Washington à tous. »

« La chambre était très propre et très jolie avec vue sympa sur la ville. Les lits plutôt confortables. Il manquait toutefois un peu de rangement et place pour nos valises. Dommage de devoir payer pour utiliser les chaussons et le parapluie et manque de peignoir... Le personnel est plutôt agréable dans l'ensemble, surtout au restaurant. »

« This is the second time we stayed at the Thompson Washington D.C. We really appreciated the staff and everyone was friendly. Monique provided immediate assistance in fixing our safe and addressing another small issue. The breakfast was excellent and Allan, Lulu, and Andrew were extremely friendly and a great way to start the day with their greeting. The location is excellent and close to the metro or within walking distance if you choose. We will definitely return again when in DC! »
