„I found Grey's Inn spacious, clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. There were both SA and UK type power sockets in my room, the mattress was comfortable and for my purposes the location was great. My room was dated and quite noisy as I was above the bar and street facing. “

„Hotel ist sehr zentral in der Stadt gelegen. Die Zimmer sind schön und gross. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Leider sind die in der Werbung beschriebenen zwei Restaurants, die Bar und auch die Poolbar nicht in Betrieb. Für die Bar muss das Hotel verlassen werden und kann der Betrieb nebenan, falls geöffnet, besucht werden. Ärgerlich für die Gäste und auch schade für das nette Team im Hotel. Während den 5 Tagen im Hotel fand zusätzlich ein Kongress statt, so dass leider auch der Pool nicht ...

„Staff are expectional always pleasant polite and friendly extremely helpful with any needs. Rooms are extremely clean and spacious and cleaned daily.. Decor could be updated in some areas and rooms we did see modernisation happening in some rooms. Meals are putstmading and huge portions for reasonable prices“

„The Bulawayo Club is a fantastic historic place to visit and the staff makes you feel absolutely welcome.The food was outstanding.The best Fish & Chips south of the Equator served along with great local Craft Beer. Certainly a place I would like to visit again in the future! Thank you!“

„We found the staff to be very polite, discreet but helped when approached. The receptionist who welcomed us was charming and knowledgeable. He explained the challenges they face due to existing infrastructure problems beyond their control. There was a very clean pool available, lots of different chairs and loungers around the pool including a hammock. The cover from the careful tree planting gave the feel of an oasis around the pool “
