« The property was large enough for our group of 22. We enjoyed all of the listed amenities with the exception of the volleyball court (the frame that holds the net was bent) and the putting green (the turf was worn and had debris all over it). The home does not cool under 74 degrees, so beware if you’re an arctic polar bear like me who enjoys a 68-70 range. The best part of the property was definitely the host. « My communication with Hodi was excellent. The check in and check out was a breeze. The house is big and in a great area. It’s at the end of a cul-de-sac and is very private and safe. It feels like you’re out in the country, then you’re just a few minutes from the strip. The kitchen is huge, and beautiful. Great experience. »

« The Host Gary was so hospitable and gave us a thorough tour of the home. We felt comfortable and knowledgeable about where everything was and how to use the hot tub, pool, temperature. It was an easy drive into The Strip, and affordable for everyone who came. We purchased food and cooked it at home - a reminder to bring what you need for it! Loved that it had 2 fridges and freezers. The casita was great for those who wanted their own space. »

« Just an average property with poor linen, a dirty shower stall, and the cheapest one ply toilet paper. No view of the river, but, there is a view of an abandoned 13 story construction property across the river and the God awful giant green tarp. More of a low rent residential neighborhood on the river. »

« We were amazed by the house. It was is Bigband we had more than enough space (four persons). We enjoyed also the outside area. Although we would think about booking to heat the pool. Especially in the mornings and evenings it was quite cold (although ot was very hot during the day). Great kitchen for cooking. With a car you are in the city within 10 minutes. »

« This was a wonderful place for our large family to gather with kids of all ages. The game room, large pool, tennis court, and basketball court kept all thoroughly entertained. The house had plenty of room for such a large group and the kitchen was so well equipped that we had everything we could ever need. The property owner and manager were great to work with- very quick responses and frequently checked to see if we needed anything. Will definitely plan to choose this for another family...

« Our stay was very comfortable. My family has two toddlers and they both enjoyed the pool. We really appreciated the enclosed outside area to keep the kids safe by the pool. The property manager was very kind and was there to answer any questions we had and to assist us with WiFi difficulty. The house was very beautifully decorated, and the beds are very comfortable. My family and I would love to book this house again. »

« The house is really biiiggggg and clean, area wonderful ale very quiet, perfect for a big family and a lot of space. The pool and jacuzzi very clean, game room and bedroom excellent!!!!! Communication with hostess excellent…. « This property was so great for a relatively wild group! The rules sound scary but I promise they aren’t bad. There is a noise restriction but it is a reasonable level and this is coming from a group of people who whisper at a normal persons yell (haha). The place was so clean and organized and super easy to get to the strip. Linda was great! Check in requires you to meet up with the property manager and then follow her to the location but it’s fine because she’s great. Pool cleaners did come by...

« The photos of the house are great but still don’t do it justice! It’s stunning in person and one of the few properties with an actual backyard that isn’t just a deck. We thoroughly enjoyed the hut on the beach which had built in speakers and misters to keep us cool in the 115 degree heat. The private beach was well maintained and just a short walk back to the house.
