„The place is great. Lots of space. It has two balconies and one rooftop terrace. They all have incredible views. The rooftop terrace is large with seating and a table large enough for our family to have meals at. We’ve been to Sperlonga three times. This is the first time we stayed here - but we are staying every time we come back from now on. Really tough to beat the views. It’s near the top of the hill - so a very short walk to dining and shopping. The walk down to the beach isn’t bad at all. ...

„Our accommodation was clean, comfortable & well layed out. The place was quiet at night for sleeping. It does require fitness with all the stairs to get around old town Sperlonga and up to the place as well but we really enjoyed our 2 night trip. The area is beautiful and there are some nice restaurants close by that we truly enjoyed (plus we did a 4hr boat ride with swim that was super fun) We definitely got a workout with all the steps around old town & getting down & back to the water - so ...

„Lovely property close to the sea and lots of restaurants. Quirky in that the accomodations is split by an interior bridge/terrace. The terrace while covered was far from dry. A storm blew in and it was an interesting(wet) walk to the side with the shower. I hope to return soon. “

„Appartamento molto grande, pulito e ben mantenuto con parcheggio interno al giardino. Posizione comoda a circa 1,5 km dal mare, ma facilmente raggiungibile anche in bicicletta. Per la spesa c'è un comodo supermercato Conad proprio di fronte all'abitazione e nel giro di alcune centinaia di metri si possono raggiungere a piedi ristoranti e locali. Cordiale e sempre presente Tommaso, il proprietario, che si è mostrato attento ad ogni nostra richiesta.“
