Lits un peu mous mais ça va. Très belle terrasse sur le lac. En revanche le resto est cher et la brasserie bruyante. Il vaut mieux diner dehors. »

« Birthday Bliss – Rainbows, Relaxation & a Spa for All Weathers Stayed for a birthday treat and it couldn’t have been more magical! Even with mixed weather, the spa was perfect—steamy outdoor pools with stunning views of Windermere, and cosy indoor thermal rooms to warm up in. We even saw a rainbow over the lake while relaxing in the hot tub! Staff were lovely, the food was great, and the whole place felt like a luxury retreat. Rain or shine, Low Wood Spa is a dream. Can’t wait to go back! 💗 »

« We came back late from a long walk in the Lakes and realize arriving in our room that they gave us a room with no blind or curtain !!!! We rang the Reception at 11pm they said someone was coming but nobody showed up. The following morning when we wanted to record a formal claim the receptionist just told us "sorry" It is a shame !!! Avoid this hotel ! You pay a high rate for the location but the rest is shameful !! »

« The hotel itself is great, with the dining area being beautiful & view great. You are paying for the view. The room was nice but for some unknown reason they put heating on at the height of summer. The window only opens less then a crack. Whist we did get provided with a fan the room was still red hot & as a result i was far too hot all night to sleep. We personally wouldn't stay again for that reason »
