« The rooms were cleaned and the staff engages as you pass them. Family friendly with lots of activities for the kids to do on the resort. One of the slides at the waterpark was down so we didnt get to get on it during our stay. »

« The staff was great very patient and understanding. I thought check in time was at 11am but it was at 3pm. He was checking the status of the rooms for us. He offered us to stay until they were ready. We ended up going to a nearby mall. The rooms were spotless and smelled nice. There was a nice note left for us as well. « We had an a joining room door with a large gap under the door. Room #421. We put a towel to help with noise. There was a family with children right next to us that was very loud. Right in the middle of our shower in the morning, the water turned off and on several times. Streaming services on the TV kept going off the air. »

« The bed felt and sounded like an old spring mattress from the nineties, they used a dust ruffle as a blanket (not even kidding), there was mold in the shower and the sealant around the door was peeling and hanging off. The water pressure was very poor and only one of the three desk staff were pleasant toward guests, including us.
