« We would like to thank the entire team the check in clerks, the cleaning staff, the amenities staff, and especially the valet team. The valet team got us in and out very quickly every day which helped with our 2 year old from throwing tantrums since he is still working on developing his patience. »

« La habitación es amplia, cómoda y limpia. Tiene cocineta equipada y las camas son amplias y cómodas. El desayuno completo y de buena calidad. Reconocimiento y felicitación especial al staff ya que al hacer check out y salir, ya no pudimos tomar agua del enfriador en el gimnasio, y salieron hasta el estacionamiento a regalarnos 2 botellas de agua. »

« Other than the water continuous flowing on the toilet with the door open until I closed it cause it was annoying at night while asleep. »

« A little dated but very clean, breakfast was standard, drinks and dinner at night were a nice touch. Originally I was on the top floor and the AC did not keep up and was warm. As some visit to the front desk and was moved to a lower floor and was nice and cool. Overall nice property and has that "resort" feel. One guest referred to it as their "stay-cation". »

« Okay this may be my new favorite hidden gem hotel in San Antonio! First off, the staff was absolutely top notch! Heather was phenomenal during check in! She was so great with my cranky overstimulated kids! She absolutely made our night with her kindness! Even the other hotel guests were incredibly kind with us and our children! The construction was annoying, I-35 is bad enough-but our trip was excellent and this hotel far exceeded my expectations!! »

« In my 3 night stay my room wasn’t cleaned one time. I’m not talking about a full bed strip down, but basic housekeeping duties such as trash being taken out or clean towels being left. I understand that not all housekeeping is done daily, but I would expect the trash to be taken out and towels to be replenished at by the 3rd day, but no. The poor gentlemen who worked the front desk were awesome in attempting to accommodate everyone’s needs. I really felt sorry for them »
