« This studio was much bigger than the pictures made it look. There was plenty of space for all 4 of us. We pulled the trundle over to the other side of the fireplace so my son could have his own nook. I will say the pull out couch was pretty bad but it was fine once we put the mattress on the floor. Kitchen had everything including coffee and filters, and lots of storage there and in the bathroom. And a mud room with hooks galore and a ski rack to stash all your gear! « Great little property right next to a creek. Heater didn’t really work, but had a wood burning stove. Parking at #8 was challenging on the ice with a full size truck. Other than that, everything was great. »

« You stay for the incredible 180 million dollar view of the lake, the trees, the snowcapped mountains (at the end of June), a variety of birds (including an eagle), critters, and even a young buck...plus the starry night (the Milky Way was directly ahead of us!). Bring binoculars and a telescope if you have one! There are so many ways to enjoy the Sierras and we've done many, from a tent trailer to a cabover camper, a motorhome, and renting a 5th wheel. « This was such a great experience for my family and myself. Last year was incredibly hard as a close family member had a cancer diagnosis that was extremely aggressive and the outlook looked bleak. With that said, she's doing great and this was our first family trip together in over a year. It was a perfect place to heal, to make some great memories and to look at the positive aspects of life.This home looks exactly as described and even more so above and beyond. « Our stay was very nice. The only thing I would suggest is to replace the pots and pans as most of them were old and the ones with Teflon were badly scratched and unusable. Other than that is was great. »

« Nice view to the lake right next to it. Spacious and clean. The only needed improvement we can say about is that the first-floor bathroom has a narrow clear window in the wall between the two sinks but comes with no blind or any sort of cover. We have to use a couple of trash bags to cover it in the evening. »

« Since there were no pictures of the kitchen, dining, and loft areas, we were not sure how they would look and pictures also made the place look dark.
