„신상호텔로 확실히 인터컨다워요 중간에 클럽라운지 추가해서 지냈는데 기회된다면 호캉스 예정이라면 꼭 추가하길 바랍니다 근데 체크인후 룸사용시 룸과 화장실 중간 슬라이드 문 고장으로 인해서 조치를 취하는데 대응이 적절하지 않게 느껴졌어요 오후 늦게 8시 넘어 체크인하고 피곤한상태로 씻으려구하다가 고장발견하고 얘기한건데 10~20분 수리해도 되지 않으면 빨리 룸교체 해주는게 맞다고 봐요 계속 수리팀은 수리하려구 하는데 되지도 않고 짐도 다 못풀고 씻지도 못하고 피곤한데 시간은 한시간 가량 흐르고 제가 요청해서 룸교체를 받아서 그제서야 쉴수있게되었는데 그런일이 생기면 신속하게 대응해주시길 바랍니다 레이트체크아웃 2시간 요청해서 받았지만 조금은 아쉬운점이 남아 남겨요 그외 조식이며 룸상태며 수영장. 클럽라운지 모두 만족스러워요“

„Our room was perfect. Brand new, well maintained and constructed. Nice view of the bay. The pools were excellent. Facilities were solid and there was a mart on site. Housekeeping staff very nice. Front desk was average. Breakfast was average. Not much in the area so be prepared to take a Grab. Would stay again.“

„This was our favourite stay during our trip to Vietnam. Huge, beautiful rooms. A very relaxing stay. Staff are absolutely wonderful! They were very helpful in retrieving my lost bag and supportive and flexible when our travel plans had changed due to bad storms and the typhoon. Spa is sensational. This is the perfect property to recharge yourself. The staff truly make this property standout. Well done and thank you.“

„I was scammed. They told us the swimming pools and spa were included. On arrival this was not the case and we had to pay €80 more, almost the price of the apartment. We had a really long discussion and she was threatening us to cancel the accommodation.“

„Very nice hotel and friendly staff! Room was comfortable and whole resort area was very nice. Only problem was I had a light that I couldn't control and it would turn on and off all night. Seemed to be a motion sensor light that had broken or gone faulty. I complained and someone came to look at it but it didn't get fixed. Hope it was just something wrong with my room and not all!“

„This property was stunning with highrise views of the bay. Shopping, groceries, dining options all available on premises. Easy to get a cab. The communication with the property to check in from visiting in a foreign country was excellent. Verh responsive and quick to answer questions. Check in was a breeze and thw property was perfecr for my family. We would highly recommend the stay. “

„Mycket fin hotell, vänlig personal social Mr Duc som hjälpte oss med tidig incheckning. Vi fick vårt rum kl7 på morgonen trots att incheckning tiden är 14:00. Rummen är stora rena och mycket bekväma sängar och även balkongen som är inte så vanligt i Vietnam “
