"Sehr schönes Boutique Hotel mit mega freundlichem Personal mitten im Altstadtquartier von Hanoi. Zimmer sehr schön und sauber, Pool etwas verbesserungswürdig (nur 1 Sonnenschirm zum Beispiel). Sehr gut bei später Abreise konnten noch mal die Sanitäreinrichrungen des Hotels benutzt werden. Frühstück super und abwechslungsreich. "

"Zonder twijfel is het Royal Premium Hanoi hotel mijn favoriete plek om te verblijven in de Oude Wijk van Hanoi. We werden hartelijk welkom geheten. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk, ze boden ons sinaasappelsap en taarten aan. Ze waren zeer enthousiast om ons het heerlijk eten en de beroemde bezienswaardigheden van Hanoi te laten zien. Met hun hulp konden we gemakkelijk een tour boeken op de Halong cruise. De cruise was erg mooi en de prijs was redelijk."

"We really enjoyed our stay here!! Very friendly, polite staff, warm welcoming on arrival. Positive: Location, pretty calm at night even though its so close to the historical city center and the lake but tucked away a little in a side street. Breakfast, just awesome! Beware of the wasabi for the sushi, super strong!! :) Apart from the hotel, try the pho place only a few meters from the hotel. You can’t miss it, when you walk back to the place coming from the lake on the righthandside, also their filled rice papers are very good. Negative: View from our room, there wasn’t any real view. Apart from that great, we‘d come back!"

"Tolles Personal! Club Zimmer empfehlenswert. Leider sind die Pools etwas lieblos. Wenige, unbequeme Liegen und das Drumherum nicht sehr einladend. Kann man auch für ein Business Hotel deutlich schöner gestalten."

"Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im L’Hôtel du Lac! Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit – sie haben uns sogar bis zum Auto begleitet, um uns sicher durch den dichten Verkehr zu bringen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, die Atmosphäre herzlich und entspannt. Unser Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und wurde täglich gepflegt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die perfekte Lage im Herzen des Old Quarter: Restaurants, Cafés und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind direkt um die Ecke und die Stadt lässt sich wunderbar zu Fuß erkunden. Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Hanoi hautnah erleben möchten!"
