Par exemple il ne sait pas faire la difference entre une carte de debit et de credit, puis d'autres mésaventures. Je ne réserverai plus cet hotel tant que cette personne sera a l'accueil. »

« None of the staff spoke English. The hotel was 30 kilometers from Hanoi. On my hotel search, I specially requested hotels in Hanoi. This hotel should not have come up on my search. I wasted my entire Vietnam stay. I am very disappointed and angry with the Expedia site. »
