« Wonderful experience and very responsive (yet discreet) hosts. It was a bit hot in August, but closing the blinds during the sunny hours and putting a fan in open windows at night cooled it down enough for us. The creek is so nice, wildflowers and butterflies and birds, a breezy porch... We were sad to leave when it was over. Lots of board games, too, which our kids loved! A nice fire pit by the creek. Comfy beds, nice kitchen, great bathrooms. Neighbors didn't bother us -- I only saw them when...

« We enjoyed our time in this lovely, clean cottage and absolutely loved Bayfield. Its proximity to Pagosa Springs, Durango and all the great hiking trails in the San Juan mountains was perfect for us. We liked Bottom Shelf Brewery so much that we visited twice. Also loved the fenced in yard for the dogs. »
