This inviting 4-bedroom, 2-bath home features a fully stocked kitchen, well appointed bathrooms, and bright, airy bedrooms set up for an easy and comfortable beach getaway. The open-concept living space and oversized dining table create the perfect place for meals, game nights, and meaningful time together. Kids will love the fully equipped bunkroom with toys and activities.



At Between the Waters, you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds—situated between the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound. The Gulf offers waves and a classic beach experience, while the Sound provides calm, shallow waters perfect for little ones and water sports. After a beach day, come home to relax on the spacious deck or covered porch, enjoying the coastal breeze and salty air.



Enjoy water views from every room—Gulf views from the front bedrooms, living room, and front deck, and Sound views from the back bedrooms, kitchen, and back deck.

The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. Rentals to guests under 25 are not permitted. No exceptions.

Between the Waters is conveniently located .2 miles or a 6-minute walk to public beach access point 37B. Offering quick and easy access to the Gulf.

Trash service is every Saturday. We kindly ask that you place your household garbage into the bins. Bins should be placed at the road on Friday evening for a Saturday morning pick-up.
