While the house can sleep 14 people, we traveled with 9 people and felt as if the house was packed with extra beds to get extra places to sleep. This left little room for clothing storage and tight spaces between furnishings to get through certain places.The house appeared as the pictures minus the manicured lawn and clean pool area. The lawn was not mowed and over 6 inches tall with major vegetation coming from areas of the patio. The beach chairs and toys were strung all over the place.Inside the house, there is no where for people to eat for 9 people let alone 14 people that it can sleep. The upstairs and downstairs had 2 bar stool counters and no real space to relax and enjoy together.The air conditioning could not keep up with the florida heat in the front of the house leaving the main living room between 78-80 each day. We reached out and they had sent a property maintenance person out to look. He said that it was blowing 54 degrees and that based on where the ac unit was, it wouldnt work any better. They sent an AC tech out to look and he removed the filter and turned the fan up in speed on AC. This seemed to keep it around 77 degrees the remainder of the trip. The basement living space was dark and dingy and definitely made you feel like you were in a basement. Additionally, the fridge downstairs was in the corner which didnt allow for you to utilize bar area.
