BEACH SHORT CUT SAVES YOU PRECIOUS BEACH TIME!...Simply take a left out of the home...2 blocks..left onto Esplanade St...2nd Right onto Granada St....turn right into the Burger King Parking lot.....go around and to the light leading straight over the beach!!! This way avoids all traffic on Hwy 98. You can also take the same way and stay straight onto Esplanade to the back entrance of the Winn Dixie grocery store plaza.

There is a ring doorbell/camera on the front of the home at the entry and a ring camera directed at the pool for insurance reasons.

There are pool window and door alarms on the rear of the home and must remain on if there are little ones on the property
