„Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit gemütlich eingerichteten, sauberen Zimmern. Sehr freundliches Personal ( besonders bei Check In). Die Bad - und Toiletteneinrichtungen sind nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand. Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Restaurant mit wunderschönem Pub. Essen und Trinken sowie Frühstück sehr gut !!!“

„The setting is a lovely village green, a great place to try out the various ales on tap. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and well equipped. Although we found the beds uncomfortable. Breakfast is recommended especially at £7.50 per head, per morning (if you pay upfront). Although there are items missing that were on the online menu, everyone including me kept asking for the pancakes! Would highly recommend, as long as you can stomach the usual noise associated with a pub and unsupportive ...

„When I arrived, there was no heating on in the room and it was quite chilly. I had a word with reception and it was soon resolved. Someone came to the rescue! Comfortable, quiet and pleasant all night. Very friendly and helpful at the Thomas Arms. I will be returning when on my regular visits to Llanelli. Thanks. “

„When we arrived we were told by the landlady that the place was not a hotel as it was currently undergoing refurbishment. However the landlady and her mother were the most helpful, accommodating and kind people I have met in a long time. They gave us all food and drink, made telephone calls and even drove us to our rearranged hotel. They couldn’t have done more. When the hotel reopens it will be the best place to stay because of the kindness and welcoming of those who own and manage it.“
