« Probably this hôtel has seen better days but it is actually well maintained, besides some scratches in the carpets and broken screws. The façade is currently being renovated. It is very well located in Swansea and easy to find It was quite empty so rather calm when we were here. The plus is definetly the extra super friendly and helpful staff. « The outside tables could do with replacing. Accommodation was good but the bedside lamps didn’t work and toilet roll holder needs replacing.The food was excellent and restaurant is very well presented but the inner door from the conservatory closed with a loud bang that we could hear clearly from our room. »

« Unfortunately, we can't agree with many of the other reviews. We only met 2 staff member and both were not very welcoming. The property, although being old, is very run down particularly very messy on the outside. The room we had was just ok, nothing special although it was big and the beds were reasonably comfortable, but the shower was absolutely useless, just a trickle of water, and the two lights out of the three in the bathroom that didn't work were not fixed even though we...

« Superbe hôtel en vrai pierre. Lit très confortable, chambre très agréable. Il n'y a pas d’ascenseur. Au petit déjeuner, le cuisinier vous prépare réellement votre repas. Avec une Suite, la salle de bain est très bien mais à l'étage, donc la nuit il faut monter pour utiliser les toilettes. »
