« We had so so much fun during our visit! The location is so beautiful, we were so fortunate to see the peak of fall colors and it was breathtaking. We saw the sunrise over the mountains right from our cabin and we had a clear view of the sky for nighttime sky gazing too, the stars are so much brighter! The actual drive to the house was super manageable, didn’t need 4WD so long as you don’t try to drive up the gravel driveway, which Michelle advises against anyway. « Hey, I hate to be a Debbie downer, but this place was nasty. There was food in the sink. The kitchen counters had crumbs everywhere. There were cup stains everywhere. The outdoor furniture was nasty. I caught my dog licking off the bottom of the toilet and looked ...it was crap that she was licking. The shower curtain had pick bacteria at the bottom which was disgusting. Plus the gate yo the front porch was broke and my dog got out. She almost got ran over and it took us over 30 minutes to catch...

« We received no notifications about how to check in. I panicked and called VRBO several times. I was finally able to call the resort directly and confirm the reservation. The unit hasn't been renovated in a while and the carpeting needs to be replaced. All the uncertainty made for a stressful weekend. »
