„This is the 5th time Ive stayed at the property in the last 6yrs and once again it was very enjoyable. Whilst the overall condition of the property has gradually gone downhill a bit the location and price cannot be matched. Located directly opposite the beach its the perfect summmer location.“

„We were close to everything we needed in Port Stephens. Walk to dog beach, at the house we had a pool table, ping pong table, darts, fishing rods, bikes, various areas to relax and read. We didn’t use everything that the house had to offer as we did get out and about to enjoy the sun and area. A few stairs in and outside the house, be mindful if you have less mobile people (or dogs) when looking to book. 45min leisurely walk to the marina (with a few hills!), our little Jack Russell was ...

„Brian and sue were the easiest people to deal with. Nothing was a drama and Brian was waiting for us at the place to greet us when we arrived. Unfortunately we had a little bit of damage and I spoke to him about it and he was very understanding and pleasant. The venue was perfect for a bucks party and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would recommend them very highly.“

„We loved walking across the road to the beach. While the house was spacious, it needed considerable maintenance, especially curtaining in the main bedroom facing the street. Broken venetians don't give much privacy. It really didn't detract from a great stay.“
