Vor der Anreise haben wir alle Informationen von Vermieter bekommen. Sehr netter Kontakt. Wir haben hier die Zeit in Nendaz genossen. Wohnung war top und auch die Lage ist toll für Kinder (In den Ferien) und Wanderausflüge. Das Highlight war für uns das Schwimmbad.

Nette Vermieter, ideale Lage und Wohnung
Denis war sehr nett und hat uns zu all unseren Fragen Auskunft gegeben. Er hat uns sehr viele Informationen mit Bilder und Anfahrtsbeschreibungen geschickt, was uns sehr geholfen hat. Das Appartement war sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Es hat auch ein Fondue-Gaglot :). Die Lage ist super - man ist schnell bei den Einkaufsläden und gelangt mit dem Funiculaire direkt zur Talstation. Das Hallenbad und die Sauna sind sauber gehalten und ideal, um nach dem Skifahren zu entspannen. Über Nendaz erreicht man die Skigebiete Verbier und Thyon 2000 welche beide tolle Pisten in allen Levels haben. Verbier ist ideal zum Freeriden! Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder einmal im Sommer nach Nendaz für eine Bike- oder Wanderwoche.

Magnifique
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce magnifique appartement avec une belle vue et très bien situé à proximité de toutes commodités, coop, migros, restaurant, télécabine ... après le ski nous sommes aller nous relaxer à la piscine ou sauna situé dans l’immeuble. C’est juste top ! Je conseille vivement à toute personne qui souhaite louer cet objet, vous ne serez pas déçu. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et à l’écoute et vous répondent très rapidement.

Great apartment
This is a great apartment, well equipped with good amenities, and a relatively close walk to the funicular in Nendaz that takes you up to the lift. The building is in good shape and pool area is really nice. The owner was very friendly.

Saubere Wohnung, bis auf etwas wenig Geschirr sehr gut ausgestattet. Lage perfekt und Schwimmbad mit Sauna im gleichen Gebäude. Sehr ideal gut Familien. Entfernung zur Seilbahn ist auch mit kleinen Kindern gut machbar ça. 10 Minuten zu Fuss.

Excellent appart sans vis-à-vis au coeur de la station. Tout est possible à pied comme en voiture.

EXCELLENTE Semaine Sereine à NENDAZ
Aucune déception tant la réalité est conforme à l'annonce. Amoureux de la détente bienfaitrice de la montagne, nous avons pu passer en Famille une excellente semaine reposante dans cet appartement récent très confortable, très bien entretenu, tout comme la Résidence en elle même. Tous nos repas sur la Terrasse avec Vraie Vue à 180° sur les montagnes, Piscine couverte de Qualité avec Sauna, Parking couvert. A pied de tous les commerces. Nous n'avons qu'une envie: y retourner skier l'hiver. Enfin, nous ne manquerons pas de signaler les excellents échanges avec Denis et Marion, propriétaires "aux petits soins" de leurs locataires, avant, pendant et après le séjour, Merci à eux.

Amazing trip
Loved our stay in nendaz, the apartment was clean and comfortable, views from the balcony amazing. Often had the swimming pool to ourselves, which our boys enjoyed. Location was perfect, recommend the bisse walks, cable car to mont fort, walking to the cleuson dam and swimming in the lake in Sion, all stunningly beautiful. Beautiful Views of Switzerland
Great communication beforehand with the owners. We found the apartment to be spotlessly clean. The area was beautiful to explore and the local tourist office was very helpful. The swimming pool in the building was super and we enjoyed it tremendously. The only thing we would improve is to have access to a small outside grill or bbq and perhaps a clothes rack for your swimming costume and towels to dry on. Otherwise this apartment and the English TV channels is just brilliant and we would highly recommend it to others.

Stop looking for an apartment in Haute Nendaz, this is the place to be
Very clean, well furnished high quality apartment with a very nice view. Very well located near the ski slopes, only a small walk to the shops and to the funicular that takes you to the Gondola (rent a ski locker at the Tracouet gondola!) and as a plus a lovely swimming pool. Séjour très agréable
Nous avons bien apprécié la pièce de vie très spacieuse avec le balcon donnant sur les montagnes...Au 5eme étage la vue est très dégagée, c'est magnifique. La situation, par rapport aux commerces et aux départs de randonnées est parfaite. Nous avons profité de la piscine et du sauna aussi. Nous avons fait une belle découverte du Valais avec beaucoup de soleil en plus !

Magnifique appartement à Haute Nendaz
Un grand merci Denis et Marion pour la location de votre appartement. Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine à Nendaz sous un soleil magnifique. L'appartement est très bien situé proche du funiculaire qui nous amène directement au télécabine du tracouet. Il est aussi tout prêt des commerces coop et migros. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine qui était ouverte malgré les mesures covid. Les enfants ont adoré après les cours de ski. Il y'a aussi la piste de luge et le parc de jeu en dessous de l'appartement. L'appartement est très bien équipé et très joli. Le salon est très spacieux. Les lits étaient faits en arrivant et l'appartement très propre c'était très agréable! Nous reviendrions avec grand plaisir en hiver ou en été !

A last minute holiday over Christmas 2020
We’ve spent several Christmas holidays skiing in Veysonnaz over the past 10 years, so when our Italian ski holiday was kyboshed due to Covid, we decided to make a last minute switch to Haute Nendaz: the Swiss government having decided to keep the slopes open. How delighted we were that Denis and Marion’s apartment was available - we now have a new favourite Swiss ski resort in Nendaz and a favourite apartment that we want to return to in the future. The apartment is literally 3 minutes walk from a great ski hire shop (Alpine Resorts) at the foot of the funicular up to the gondola; 5 minutes walk from really nice bars (3300 bar and Le Verre d’ici) and restaurants (Le Cabane and Mountain Grill) and also the well stocked Co-op supermarket. The 2 bedroom apartment is perfect. The kitchen is very well equipped, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious with a powerful shower and the leather corner sofa is lovely to snuggle up on in front of the log fire. The apartment block is very well kept with a fabulous pool on the first floor - we had it to ourselves whenever we went down to use it which was brilliant. The dedicated parking space is under cover, so no need to scrape snow and ice off your vehicle in the morning. We couldn’t have had a better time. Thank you Denis and Marion.

Splendide séjour à Nendaz
Superbe et spacieux appartement bien équipé et très bien situé : - 5 min à pied des supermarchés et autres magasins - 5 min à pied du funiculaire qui nous amène au départ de la télécabine. La place de parc couverte a été très appréciée puisqu'il a neigé durant notre séjour... La piscine était très agréable après une journée de ski. Wifi très rapide, ce qui a été très apprécié par nos ados. Un grand merci à Denis et Marion pour toutes les informations transmises, nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre semaine de ski à Nendaz.

Cosy & clean apartment with stunning views
Denis & Marion are excellent hosts and kept us well informed and made us very welcome in their beautifully furnished apartment. The location is excellent with easy access from Geneva (2 hours by car) and the walking area is extensive and very varied with a choice of ridge walks, easy "Bisse" walks (along the old irrigation channels ) and a stunning dam walk. All very well signposted. There is a very helpful tourist information office in Nendaz and several exceptionally well stocked supermarkets in the ski resort (Co op was best) although we also did a big shop at the Lidl in Conthey. The resort has a beautiful open air pool in July & August but the pool in the chalet is very large and often you have the pool and sauna to yourself which was a real luxury and very much felt like you were in a lovely spa hotel. The accommodation is very well equipped with everything you would need to fully cater for yourself ...the coffee machine converted us and we will be buying our own now...and the views from the balcony are simply mesmerising as the cloud formations can change so spectacularly within minutes. We visited Geneva for the Patek Phillipe watch museum which we loved and was great value for money at 15SF each for a 2 hour english speaking guided tour. The Olympic museum at Lausanne is really interesting and with so many interactive exhibits it is really absorbing. Chateau Chillon at Montreux is only 30 mins away so very handy for a wet morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay and bought a 6 day lift pass for the higher walking and to visit Mont Fort...you don't need to use the lifts to walk most of the Bisses which were relaxing and yet provided different views around every corner....and we would also recommend the "Torrent Neuf" walk on the other side of the valley. It is an interesting drive there and great to see the views from a different perspective...the hanging bridges were stunning ...just google it. Many many thanks to Denis & Marion for all their help and warmth..this is a fantastic place to visit in both Summer & Winter with very good roads and tourist information.

Très bon séjour chez Denis. L appartement est très bien placé, calme et avec une superbe vue. Il est très bien équipé et l accès à la piscine et au sauna sont un vrai plus après une journée de randonnée. La communication avec Denis était impeccable. Très bon séjour, nous reviendrons.

A dreamed stay!
The place was wonderful, both Nendaz (our first time) and the apartment. Denis was always in touch with us, providing us useful information for our stay. The best: the overall quality of the unit, furniture, wardrobes, kitchen's equipment, and perfect heating. We'll be back for sure!

The place is great, apartment location is Top. Placed next to the ski lifts.
Extremely clean apartment with great facilities, swimming pool and sauna in the building. Parking under the roof, very convenient when it snows. Location in the centre of the village so you have easy access to stores and restaurants. Great for families with children as well as couples. View from the apartment is breathtaking. Myself and my wife we have spend over there 4 days with our two sons and we just loved it. Will come back next year. Darek & Kasia

Great apartment, great location, great view, fantastic skiing
Great apartment, conveniently located for the main ski lift, shops and restaurants. All mod-cons and very comfortable for 4 adults. The pool and sauna were a real treat after a hard day skiing. Under cover parking and lift access make it very easy to access the apartment with all your luggage. Denis the owner was always quick in responding to any query and extremely helpful, proving lots of information about the area and local events. We would have no hesitation recommending this apartment

Grand appartement, luxueux et ... la Piscine 😊
Accueil facile et impeccable grace au contact sur place, Appartement impeccable, spacieux, très bien équipé et décoré avec goût ... La piscine et son sauna sont un pur délice après une journée de ski... Les départs pour le ski sont à 5’ à pieds ainsi que toutes les commodités... Juste parfait 👌 !.. Peut être un bémol pour la cheminée qui ne tire pas trop, mais qu’importe !.. Alors juste ... Merci !..

Amazing apartment. Great location.
The apartment is amazing. The pool is a massive bonus. The location means you can walk into the village without hills to walk up. 5 minutes walk to the main ski lift when you use the funicular lift next to the hotel.The apartment provides everything you need. Will definitely stay again. The communication from Denis is also brilliant.

A perfect stay
I am writing this from a mom's point of view. While I did not stay at this property, let me tell you how helpful and kind Denis was. My two daughters and their two good friends, all from Montana, had a bad experience in Hollersbach, Austria, when they showed up at their confirmed property only to find their reservation had been canceled unbeknownst to them. So, I was a bit nervous about Nendaz, their second destination. Denis emailed me and called me to reassure me that the property was ready and that he and his wife, Marion, would be of assistance in any way necessary. The girls loved the apartment and found Denis and his wife so kind and helpful. They loved the location and the views from the apartment. What a wonderful experience they had in Nendaz. Thank you a million, Denis and Marion!!!!!

Quality apartment in great location
The Apartment is in a great location an easy walk to the ski lift, restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment is spacious and finished to a high standard and everything works. This is a very comfortable option for 4 persons. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. The on site pool and underground parking are a great bonus.
