« We had a great stay. Everything we needed… the only thing I would say could make it a little better would be an earlier arrival time as well as a little later of a checkout time. Even if it were just an hour… especially on the checkout time because guests are asked to do some laundry). Other than that it was nice and clean, the hot tub was amazing, and in a nice quiet neighborhood. »

« After reading the reviews I packed a small cleaning kit and hand held carpet cleaner. I didn't need them. As a former housekeeper/inspector I usually plan to do an extra five minutes here and there at a VRBO since many times the people cleaning aren't pros. This place was just fine.
No animal smell. White hotel-style sheets and towels. There is some staining on the light carpet, but it didn't bother me. My kids spent two hours downstairs playing ping pong and foosball before they even...
