The Space:

Las Fuentes de Nerja is a well-maintained gated community with a door entry system and its own communal swimming pool, open all year round, with lifeguards in the busy season. Grassy areas on both sides of the pool are perfect for relaxing and sunbathing.



The complex is next to Torrecilla Beach and a 5-minute walk from Nerja's old town and the famous Balcón de Europa. It's in an excellent location, with plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops close by.



This ground floor apartment is bright and modern, with air conditioning in the lounge and both bedrooms.



- Lounge & dining: Comfortable sofa, armchair, flat-screen TV and a dining table for four. Sliding doors open onto the terrace.

- Terrace: A private covered terrace with outdoor table and chairs, looking straight over the pool. It's perfect for breakfast or an evening drink.

- Kitchen: Modern and fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle and everything you need for self-catering.

- Bedroom 1: Double bed, fitted wardrobe and air conditioning, with an en-suite shower room.

- Bedroom 2: Two single beds, fitted wardrobe and air conditioning.

- Bathroom 2: Modern shower room with walk-in shower, WC and basin.

- Free WiFi, bed linen and towels included.

The owner has no control over the opening dates or times of communal pools. We will wherever possible provide accurate information as to the opening of pools, however this can be changed without notice.

Guest Access:

Guests have the whole apartment and private terrace. They also share the complex's communal swimming pool and landscaped gardens. Free street parking is nearby.



The Neighborhood:

Nerja is a very popular holiday destination that has kept its charm and character, with narrow winding streets and beautiful sandy beaches. You'll find a wide range of water sports, shops and fine dining for all ages and tastes. There is plenty to do in Nerja. The Nerja Caves are one of the area's top tourist attractions, and the Balcón de Europa is a focal point for tourists and locals alike. The charming white village of Frigiliana is only 10 minutes away.



Getting Around:

The Mediterranean paradise of Nerja is only a 45 minute drive from Malaga Airport.



CAR HIRE: It is relatively straightforward to hire a car from Malaga Airport or Nerja itself.



BUS SERVICE: There is a well-established bus service which operates a route around Nerja as well as services to the Nerja Caves, Frigiliana, Punta Lara, Torrox, Almunecar, Malaga and Seville.



TAXI: There are several taxi ranks in the town centre and all the taxis operate off of a meter for short journeys



AIRPORT TRANSFERS: There is a bus from Malaga Airport to Nerja via the central bus station in Malaga. A private taxi transfer from the airport can be booked with us for 80 euros one way for up to 4 people or 115€ for a minibus.
