« The room is relatively big compare to regular hotel in Taoyuan / Taipei, and it's located 3m walk to the MRT station and 15m from the Airport.
Very negative points :
Smoking smell once we entered the room ... And no soap to wash hand.
The water in bathroom is pretty difficult to adjust and I'm pretty sure that all customers who went there had the same trouble - spending almost a minute to find the right temperature and wasting lot of water - not eco friendly at all

« This was our second stay in the past two years, and we couldn’t wait to return. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. They are always attentive, genuinely friendly, and more than happy to go out of their way to help with anything. The bed is unbelievably comfortable, and the room is beautifully furnished with such thoughtful attention to detail. Everything is kept absolutely spotless, which makes it feel even more special. And the sauna is just amazing; the perfect way...
