„We were Rs. 10000 for smoking in the room. Then did not inform us in advance about this penalty They held back our bags till we were forced to pay Rs. 10000. If they would have told us verbally about the penalty we wouldn’t have stayed there at all Overall we were totally disappointed with their attitude. „The photos on website is or old the rooms are and interior cutlery are very old compared to what shows on website. I hate to say but felt I spent more money than the it's worth. „Biggest Gripe. Though I paid in full in advance at Hotels.com they tried to charge me in full again when I checked out. When I checked in, they said I had only pre-paid for a room without air conditioning and then took me to a hot room. I agreed to pay an extra Rs 400 for air conditioning. Then on checkout they wanted me to the entire bill again, as if I had not prepaid at Hotels.com.
