Tracy and Matt provided detailed instructions prior to our arrival and responded quickly when we had a question. « Carpets need cleaned or replaced as they are stained and smell bad. Sofa has stains and dog hair so we used extra blankets to cover the couch to sit on it. Outside patio chairs are stained and dirty and the table wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. Beds are comfortable. Cobwebs in closet got on my suit. Kitchen is adequate but missing a lot of items. Whole place needs TLC. Items missing off their inventory list which the host acknowledged when asked and she was a very nice person and responsive. I...

« I have owned or managed vacation rentals since 2002 so I appreciated the fact that everything was as advertised. If you're ok with "really small"; you'll like this place, and owner is easy to work with. »

« Kitchen had everything you would want: pots and pans of all sizes, knives, range, oven, full sized fridge with ice maker. Both beds were large and super comfortable. Fresh, fluffy towels, plus a washer and dryer. You even have a private, gated courtyard with two seating areas with tables and chairs. »
