« The staff are wonderful. It's the items that wasn't in the room that I didn't like. They gave us a shower mat for our room at check in time which should have already been in the room no iron or iron board not enough pots and pans for me to cook no wash cloth to shower with no paper towels or washing detergent. The microwave and the toaster oven was in Chinese words which I didn't understand »

Malgré avoir obtenu un changement de chambre pour une nuit, le retour dans ma chambre pour la seconde nuit n’était pas pour un mieux. Bref. Pas d’eau dans les mini-bars (vides) et l’achat d’une pâte à dentifrice 15 USD m’a surprise au moment du check-out (Eh oui, les prix n’étaient pas affichés).
