« I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this small apartment conveniently located in downtown Downieville. Great views of the town below and surrounding mountains. The lodging was very clean and comfortable with a quiet atmosphere conducive to relaxation. As previous reviewers have mentioned the driveway up to the house is very steep so make sure you have decent tires and put your car in low gear before heading up the road! I would be happy to stay here again next time I make it to Downieville. »

« A wonderful place for our family to stay in Grass Valley! Nice, clean home with a hot tub! Wonderful master bedroom, comfortable bed! Owners are great to work with and reply quickly to any questions. Quiet neighborhood, which is great when relaxing in the hot tub. Would definitely book again! »
