« The code provided to us never worked on the door. We called twice and were given only partially helpful advice. Other guests at the site helped us by giving us their code to enter the building. We spend far too much time trying to access the room. We paid for early arrival but when we got there 30-40 minutes after our early check in time, the maid was just finishing and had no idea we were coming in early.
