« What a delightful little place! Worked out just perfectly for our stay in Grass Valley and we will definitely come again. Outfitted very nicely, loved the location in a quiet neighborhood, owner very responsive and friendly. Softer beds and one more closet and I'd have thought about moving in. »

« I just stayed for one night- visiting family. The family was friendly and also gave me space. My favorite thing was the pond, with many koi fish. My area included a bedroom , bathroom with sauna, and a rec room with a giant tv, treadmill, ping pong table and fooz ball table. The bed was very comfortable and the night was peaceful. I would visit again. »

« It's clear a lot of thoughtfulness and intention went into the property and amenities. It's rare to stay at a spot where there are cooking spices, tupperware containers, and minimal cleanup/checkout instructions, and all of these little things really added up to make for a relaxing and fulfilling vacation. Amazing location; communicative and welcoming host. »

« We LOVED this home from the minute we arrived. The four of us agreed it was the nicest rental we had ever stayed in. It is in a quiet beautiful neighborhood - just a few blocks from Broad St - with its excellent restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed the deck and bbq and hanging out in a few spots - including a open living room in the back of the property for morning coffee. The home was clean, well stocked and spacious. We would definitely stay here again. »

« The owner never contacted us with check in information. We tried getting ahold of the owner 3 days before our arrival and we never got a response. VRBO was no help! We are waiting for a refund as we didn’t have access to the property. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. Do not book this house! »
