« The property is very spacious, the rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Kitchen is wellequipped. Game room is also fun for kids. Host is very responsive. The extra room by the basement can have additional carpet and heating during winters. We had a fun stay! »

« I booked this stay for an out of town crew working in the area. I checked in with them to see how the accommodations were and was told they had no complaints. They enjoyed how the quiet surroundings and the ease of checking in and out. »

« This is a lovely cottage with great amenities. The kitchen setup is really nice with full size fridge, 2 “burner” induction stovetop, microwave and toaster oven, French press coffee, pots & pans, utensils and plates, bowls, cups, glasses. Very comfortable bed. Perfect for a trip for two to Grass Valley. »

« Many superlatives for Glenbrook House and its hosts.Fully stocked. Convenient location. Ample space for large group. The single floor layout worked well with three handicapped members of our party. Unanimous vote that the best part of the house was the easily accessible exterior deck with a large table under umbrella awning with tasteful and comfortable seating for all of our party. Must add the kitchen was fully stocked and easy to use and clean. Finally, could not ask for better hosts. ...

« A little hard to find but worth the effort. Clean, well equipped with a nice deck in the woods. Deer enjoyed the surrounding area as much as we did. »

« Property had everything you need for an out of the way getaway in the mountains — little gems everywhere we looked. Need a hammock, they’ve got it; want to play an old or new album, yep a turntable too; and much more. Kitchen was great with coffee grinds ready and all. Kids loved the space for playing games and relaxing after a day out and about in the mountains. Master suite was away from kids rooms for a nice space to ourselves. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the morning to yourselves...

We enjoyed the outdoor spaces and had plenty of room inside for 7 adults. The area is great for outdoor activities like hiking with plenty of swimming holes. Thanks for a wonderful stay! »

« We came to Grass Valley because both granddaughters were graduating from college. We needed a place for all of us to gather and share a meal. This location was perfect. We were able to walk most places and enjoy good restaurants. Would use this location again. »
