„Vv“

„Staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast not so good.“

„Really clean, well maintained hotel. The room was huge and perfect for my visit. Only the necessities in the room, but it was perfect.“

„When we first arrived, the front desk staff had absolutely poor customer service. Not helpful, rude, impatient. Thankfully, the other staff during the day and other evenings were wonderful and accommodating. Breakfast was good, rooms very clean and comfortable.“

„Besonders zu erwähnen ist das klasse Frühstück! Wir kommen gerne wieder.“

„Die Betten und das Bad war sauber! Der Boden und das Sofa nicht:(…. Klima hat auch gut funktioniert “

„Nice comfortable room“

„Gutes Preis Leistungverhälnis, netter Service, Zugang zu Gastronomie zu Fuß möglich.“

„Nice rooms, good food und very friendly service. I forgot to switch off the light of our rental car. Staff was extremly helpful. The chief tecnician of the hotel did a great job to overcome all the tecnical hurdles a modern car provides when you want to jumpstart it. Thanks for your great Support!“

„had the king suite and it was very roomy and clean. all staff super helpful and very nice pool was too cold but weather is just changing so i figured thats why A+ all around“

I talked to the lady at the front and she changed our room right away. The second room was much better. If this hotel got a deep clean, I would have no issues. ...
