Beds were comfortable and rooms clean. Front desk staff friendly and so were cleaning people. I think the dining room wasnt staffes for such a large event. Food wasn't hot. Ran out of hot water, also.

The room was fine. The shuttle service to and from the airport was convenient. The front desk staff at check in was not very helpful. The directory of services was only available via scanning a QR code. This was not working, not to mention that this is not a preferred way for some people to get information, especially older people. The staff did not seem to know that the hot tub was filled with dead leaves and debris or that the pool was not operating. They were only able to say " I haven't had any complaints so I guess its OK". Part of the reason I chose that location was for those amenities. For a one night stay i could have gotten something less expensive

First, room needed repairs to the wall, notified the staff. They said ok.wanted swim in the indoor pool that was shown on the website, they don’t have an indoor pool. I was disappointed in my Hilton stay. I did not have hot water for a shower. The breakfast in the cafe was very limited. I ordered a vegetable cheese omelet and got and omelet with fried onions and no cheese. This was not Hilton quality. With renovations going on, they need to upgrade their game.
