Note: The lower deck is exclusively for your use, but boat owners may walk through briefly to reach the dock. No access to the home, and it happens rarely.
Sunlight pours into this airy lakefront townhouse, where panoramic water and marina views set a tranquil tone for your stay. Mornings are serene with coffee on the balcony, while evenings invite you to unwind after exploring New Orleans’ vibrant culture just minutes away.
Sleeping arrangements The home comfortably sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms. The primary suite features a plush king bed and private bath. A second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third is furnished with full beds and a daybed with trundle—ideal for families or groups. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows, and ample storage ensure restful nights.
Kitchen & dining A chef’s kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances, a Frigidaire electric stove, oven, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker. Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and a blender are provided for easy meal prep. The open-plan dining area and wet bar make entertaining effortless, whether you’re sharing breakfast or mixing evening cocktails.
Living & entertainment Relax in the open living area with a Roku HDTV and board games for downtime. High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace support remote work or planning your next adventure. Central air conditioning and heating keep the space comfortable year-round.
Outdoor living Step onto either of the two balconies to take in sweeping lake and marina views. Enjoy outdoor dining, sun loungers, and a private BBQ grill. The property features a heated pool and hot tub, open 24 hours, plus a boat slip for water access. Free driveway parking for two cars and additional street parking are available.
Convenience & amenities In-unit washer and dryer, essentials, hangers, and a safe are included. Families will appreciate the availability of a Pack ’n Play, high chair (paid), baby gates, and babysitter recommendations. Security features include exterior cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and a first aid kit.
Location Just steps from Breakwater Park and the marina, you’re a short drive from the French Quarter, Superdome, and Frenchmen Street—perfect for Mardi Gras and festival season. Enjoy the balance of peaceful lakefront mornings and lively city nights.

Fabulous stay!
We had a fabulous stay. The place was comfortable, immaculate and the view was 10/10. We enjoyed sitting in the pool on the deck and watching the sunset. All of the furniture and beds were comfortable and the location was unbeatable. We would definitely stay again.

Right on the water and close to town
Great property on the harbor with the front overlooking lake Ponchatrain. Really close to town with dining right in the neighborhood. Property manager Trip with NOLA was great.

To Die for View on Lake Pontchartrain
Our first time to stay outside In or near the Quarter and we loved it! Peaceful and beautiful. The Quarter and other areas (like Commander's Palace) are an easy drive away.

Return to the Lakefront
I used to own one of these boathouses so it was truly wonderful to come back and spend a week in the neighborhood. The hosts were responsive and the property was exactly as advertised. We would definitely stay here again!

Truly a GEM
We had an amazing experience staying at the NOLA property on the lake. The home was incredible. The master bedroom had a gorgeous view of the marina with a small deck where we enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning. The front balcony deck had views of the lake with a lot of seating, and in the evening we enjoyed the sunset. There were multiple entertaining areas that we were pleasantly surprised with. This place had 3 refrigerators (kitchen, bar, and downstairs on the deck). I would definitely book here again if we were vacationing here with our family again.The communication with the property manager of this home was SUPERIOR!!!Added bonus: There are wonderful restaurants close by and the two that we went to were fabulous. Well, All the food in Orleans seems to be fabulous. we ate at Station 6 and New Orleans Food & Spirit (Pecan catfish was sooo good)

convenient for our purposes
We were attending a regatta for the weekend so it was a convenient location. Pricey though after all of the add on fees, taxes etc. Check in time was 1hr later than posted which turned into another hour getting credentials. We were on a tight schedule.
Nice place but VRbo fees are getting excessive in my opinion.

Luxury, Relaxation and Amazing Views
I can't say enough about this property. The home is extremely comfortable. The beds are amazing especially is you like soft and plush which I do. It is equipped with everything you need. The pool was the perfect temp for someone who does not like cold water pools. The deck area has ample seating and provides just the right amount of shade to help you avoid the heat on a hot New Orleans day. The property is managed by a wonderful team of people who respond to your questions almost immediately day or night. You are provided with a very detailed guide to help you with your stay from arrival, to things to do and places to go as well as departure instructions. Everything is at your fingertips. There is a park nearby with a walking path that has markers to indicate distance. There is also a path to walk along the lake. There are many stores and restaurants in the area to choose from that range in price. Although once you check into this property you may not want to leave. I have only one comment about logistics. When I saw reviews for this location there was a concern mentioned about the rental agreement you are asked to sign. We did not find this to be unreasonable and I encourage you not to let it cause you to hesitate. You will not be disappointed with this property. I was sad to leave and hope to return again soon!

The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars are a few minor things, if there was a half star option I would of given it a 4.5Check In/ Departure- Smooth as it could of been, it was easy, fast and convenient.Host-Incredible. Fast response times, and couldn't ask for much better.House- The house is exactly as described. It is easy to find, it was very clean and has everything you need. It is a beautiful house, in a great neighborhood and easy access to anything you want to get too. We really enjoyed it.Suggestions for Owner- You almost need a degree in Engineering to figure out the shower. Maybe provide some brief instructions for the next guest. The rock floor in our opinion was a bad choice and made the shower a little less desirable for us. It may not bother others.The Jacuzzi tub does not work, the wife was very bummed about this. You should look into getting that operational.We could not find a net for the pool. Yes the pool does get serviced and it was clean when we arrived, but it would of been nice to be able to net debris and bugs out of it when we needed too.The AV equipment in the living room needs attention. The shelf speakers were pretty beat up when we arrived, but worked just fine.Master bedroom bed is an old school spring mattress, I would consider upgrading for the future.Umbrellas on the front deck are in bad shape and need replaced.There is no privacy on the front deck, neighbors are literally feet from you. Consider privacy screens.

If you value your privacy don't book this property.
After my booking was accepted and my payment processed, the property manager demanded a multi step "verification" process. I was told to visit a website that wanted me to scan my face and ID and sign a release allowing them to share my biometric data with undisclosed third parties. They also demand I take a selfie of myself holding the credit card I used to book the property. In addition they required I sign a multi page abusive rental agreement. I objected strongly to these invasive tactics and repeatedly asked to speak to the property owner without success. I finally acceded to these demands because our flights had already been booked but remain fearful of what use they are making of my biometric data. By the way the heated pool is more like an oversized bath tub and the heater didn't work. The manager promised to send a repair guy but that did not happen.
