« The room was clean but the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I’m used to staying in this chain of hotels. House keeping did really well making sure the room itself was clean, though.
The breakfast was OK- Holiday Inn Express definitely has a tastier breakfast.
Staff was friendly. Over all good experience. »

« Property is aging. Stayed twice on 2 different dates. Cleanliness needs to be addressed. We were “upgraded” to a king executive suite on our second night’s stay. The room was very dirty. Stains on carpet and duvet. Bathroom floors were absolutely disgusting. Dust and hair behind the doors and under the vanity.
Bed was literally hard as a rock and looked like a king size cot. Soft surfaces were stained and nasty. We chose to sit on bath towels on the couch and chairs it was that bad.

« I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I've had.
I booked my room almost two weeks in advance and requested a top-floor room before check-in because I'm a light sleeper. When we arrived, the front desk told us every top-floor room was sold out, so we were placed on the first floor. What really bothered me was seeing guests who checked in after us getting rooms on the top floor. That made it feel like our request and early reservation...
