  • We welcome you to Xanadune Beach House: sleeps 10 (plus 2 children aged under 10 on request) in 5 bedrooms and 5 ensuite bathrooms

    Kitchen with Rangemaster, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and large island, children's dining ware provided (plastic plates, cutlery, crockery)

A wonderful house with everything you need and more.We loved the hot tub and bbq especially.A couple of minutes walk from the garden gate there’s a lovely sandy beach too

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful house! Amazing hot tub, access to the beach out the back gate, sitting round the fire pit and dinner in the outside kitchen - just perfect!

Great stay in a beautiful house

We enjoyed a family new year break in this really well appointed house on the beach. It had absolutely everything we needed, and being able to walk straight out onto the beach was wonderful. A really clean house with good quality furniture and equipment, we couldn't have asked for more.

A most enjoyable stay in Kent

We had a brilliant time in Xanadune - the beach was so close and the hot tub was used everyday, especially by the grandchildren. The house was very well equipped, clean and tidy - the outside dining area was a real bonus. Can't wait to book our return visit!

A beautiful place to stay

Xanadune is a lovely place to stay where we had fun with the 3 generations of our family, all together for my wife's special birthday. I would recommend this residence for anyone looking for a great weekend away as it had plenty to do and lots of room. We even found a special Ice Cream van just down the road!

Excellent house for a large group of friends

We really enjoyed the space in the property, the large upstairs sitting room was great for games, music, etc. We also liked the fact that all five couples had a good size bed and their own ensuite, there were no second class bedrooms! The dining area was really sociable and spacious and the kitchen well equipped, not to mention the outside kitchen and eating, entertaining area. The location was lovely for walks on the beach and we enjoyed the Dungeness walks, lighthouse and the delicious fish at the Fish Shack on the beach. This property is really well planned to work so well for a large group, equipped with everything you need, staying in and cooking was really easy and with such a great space inside and out, the hot tub and football table, why would you need to go out! Thank you, we had a really great weekend break!

Super House with Everything you Need

Very well presented, modern house with an extremely practical layout and equipped with everything you need. The garden leads directly onto the beach. For us, hiring it in late Winter, the hot tub was a great attraction for the kids.

Beautiful House, perfect location and facilities for a few days break with friends

Beautiful House, perfect location and facilities for a few days break with friends. We had great weather so made full use of the Outdoor BBQ area and hot tub and access to the beach. Some of the group walked along the beach 3 miles to the pilot pub for lunch - huge portions and great fish. All the rooms were beautifully furnished and clean. We easily managed to fit 5 cars on the drive.

Fantastic House, Brilliant facilities and great location

We booked the house for a weekend of relaxation and to unwind, and it lived up to our expectations. From the tags and signs dotted around the property to assist us, to the amounts of towels available, it was fantastic and we couldn't have asked for somewhere better. Highly recommend Xanadune Beach House, whether its for your family or a couples get away. 8 of us went away and we had lots of room to accommodate more. Will definitely be booking again

Perfect place for family get together

The wow factor of the property is huge! Everything has been thought and caters for everyone. From the chill out tv and games room with its small kitchen, to the hot tub and fabulous beach access from the garden. Kitchen excellently stocked with appliances and equipment. It’s was wonderful to get our grown up children and their partners together for a week of fun and lots of laughter in such a beautiful house.

Wonderful family weekend celebration.

A wonderful place to celebrate my 80th with all the family. Everything we could ask for in the house,very clean & in a lovely situation with incredible views.. The house has loads of amenities football game swingball & beach boules were especially enjoyed by all, plus lovely walks in on the beach, so special to have it so close. We were very lucky with the weather so used the bbq & ate outside each evening. Excellent service from Bloom Stays too. Thank you!

Great house in a lovely location on the coast with wonderful views

A great stay. The house was beautifully laid out and very well equipped. Wonderful views from the garden and living room. The beds were a little on the small side and this was disappointing as it made for a tough sleep. Despite our request, the heating had not been sorted for our arrival.

Gorgeous house, perfect for a large bunch of people

Great house right on the sea front, with each bedroom having an ensuite and two great sized living areas. The only thing I would say is the beach isn't really a swimming beach, as it is incredibly tidal and when it is in, there are rips. As I'm from NZ, I didn't know this coastline but with those more familiar with the area would be able to work around this issue. But the location is beautiful for beach vibes and walks.

Weekend with friends..

Really well maintained house with lovely walks from the back gate and great views from the upper floors. Kitchen well stocked and very generous welcome basket was a nice touch. Outdoor bbq also up and working and with a very nice hot tub it was enjoyable to use the outdoor facilities even in March. Some guidance on how to switch the hot tub on would be useful as we spent 5 min a time swiping on the pad trying to get it to work. Only other niggle was the dishwasher failed to work when fully loaded due to a lack of salt. Had to wait until morning to buy some for it to work - maybe leave some dishwasher salt under the sink for future occurrences. All in all a very enjoyable stay in a very well equipped and maintained house, thank you.

Wonderful property

We had an amazing 60th birthday weekend at this beautifully decorated beachside property. The facilities were superb and we enjoyed the outside hot tub, fire pit and well-equipped kitchen. Everything worked and was of a high-quality so would highly recommend Xanadune as a special place to stay.
