The location of the room was wonderful, the inside was clean BUT the instide of cabinets, oven dishes, silverware were disgusting. Called and was told they only do a deep cleaning twice a year. That's not what I call deep cleaning! You were given 1 trash bag, 1 (half) roll of toilet paper, half roll of paper towels, no extras at all!! Was told this was not a hotel. In their "RULE BOOK" you would be charged for any wash over 2 loads (there were 3 adults and 1 child), so the bedding would make the 2 loads themselves. So guess you can't use towels!! You would be charged for leaving a dirty unit (at the housecleaners decsion) which as I said in the begining it was nasty and had to was all the dishes before use. There were many more charges for little things that was so ridiculous especially finding the place in the shape we found it in. The answer of it's not a hotel or that they only do deep cleaning 2 times a year is scary to me. I rented from this place last year and we were on the 3rd floor in a beautiful, well stocked condo. Just thought that being on the bottom floor, right next to the steps to go down to the beach, with a 91 year old mother and a 17 month grandson would work out much better. But, with all the "extra charges" and not giving you anything for your money, the 3rd floor wins out. Plus the owner on the 3rd floor even called me and made sure that everything was to my satisfaction. This place, which the owners, I guess let condo people run theirs, was such a different experience. If you don't mind washing everything before using it and also read that "RULE BOOK" to make sure you aren't charged extra for things you wouldn't even thnk of then this would be the unit for you. I would never rent this unit again. Can't said I won't rent the one on the 3rd floor again, maybe when grandson is older but its a lot of carrying things down for a day on th beach with a little one and a little bit of a walk for my mom.
