This sunny coastal condo offers a great getaway, but please note that daytime construction will occur on the property from mid-August through the fall season. To compensate for any daytime noise and workers on site during weekday hours, we have already applied a special, heavily discounted rate to your booking.

Make yourself at home at "Sol & Sea" Unit 211, your coastal retreat at Hacienda Del Sol II in beautiful New Smyrna Beach, Florida located on the no drive section of the beach.
Whether you're planning a romantic escape, a family beach vacation, or a few days to unwind beside the ocean, Sol & Sea offers the perfect blend of coastal comfort, thoughtful amenities, and an unbeatable beachfront setting. Wake up to the beauty of the Atlantic Ocean, enjoy your morning coffee at our thoughtfully stocked coffee bar, and spend your days relaxing on the sand or at the pool just steps away.

Our accommodations sleep four with a king bed in the master, a sleeper sofa in the living room and a separate side office with a unique convertible desk/twin bed with a door for added privacy. This unit provides all your beach essential needs, including; beach chairs, umbrella, tent, wagon, beach bag, boogie boards, beach toys, a cooler & Yeti Cups, beach towels and more. There is also a Pack' n Play and high chair for the little ones! An app operated washer and dryer are conveniently located just outside the condo's front door, with a nearby trash chute for added convenience.

Enjoy local restaurants, charming shops, Flagler Avenue, Canal Street, and the area's many seasonal events and activities. Explore the area with local golf cart rental companies offering a fun way to get around and experience the beach town. We can't wait to welcome you to Sol & Sea at Hacienda del Sol II!

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed.
