With 3 cozy bedrooms including 2 queen beds, 1 futon, and 1 king bed, this charming retreat offers a comfortable stay for guests with 2.5 bathrooms. Relax in the living room with a futon and sofa bed for extra sleeping space. Stocked Kitchen and a fenced private backyard with a firepit, grill and outdoor shower. Outdoor storage closet has beach accessories, and the beach access is right out the door. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place! This is a private duplex nothing is shared. The 4-bedroom 3 bath townhome next door can also be rented to provide 7 bedrooms 5.5. bathrooms for larger parties.

Had a good time, pet friendly, nice location, could use updated flooring, the laminate had several spots where it was broke. We had a good time, family enjoyed the stay, I would recommend this for anyone who wants to be close to the beach and not break the bank.

Great property, a street over from the beach. The hostess was so accommodating and nice. Could not recommend staying here more. Best experience I've had renting a property.

Everything went great. The house was better than described and worked great for our group. Well furnished and plenty of space. Beach is across the street and plenty of bars and restaurants a short distance away. The host was very responsive and communicated well pre and post stay.

The location couldn’t have been more perfect to the beach and local family. Sheri has thought of everything you could possibly need. The beds are comfortable and the futons and hide-a-bed accommodated our large group.

The property was exactly what we needed. We were at a football tournament and the location was perfect. The house made us feel like we were at home. The host was soooo responsive. We were communicating even before we decided to book and she’s extremely welcoming. The house was beautifully put together

This was the perfect spot for my family of 7! Plenty of space for 5 kids to be and sleep comfortably along with our 2 pups, on top of a super short walk to the beach. There are extra beach chairs and a couple boogie boards outside that were available to use which is always good to know when planning a beach trip. I do recommend bringing a wagon for easier travel like we did. We were close enough to the grocery store and plenty of restaurant options. Sheri was so responsive to our messages when we had some struggles with the tv and the bathtub not draining (that was more operator error!) and she was so nice to remind us on when to take the trash out as well. If available we will definitely be planning our annual trip next year back here again. Thank you so much Sheri for allowing my family an enjoyable wonderful stay!
