Beautiful view, well supplied items, internet was great and close to great food restaurant. Not in a crazy busy area which was relaxing. Enjoyed watching the sunrise from the patio. A must stay if you are looking for an amazing view and a more relaxed setting, but close to shopping and restaurants.

Perfect Beach Getaway

The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated, with amazing ocean views and stunning sunrises. The pool was great, and the beach was just perfect. We loved the location—close to restaurants (Chases on the Beach is just two doors down, and Izzy's Island is across the street) and fun spots like Flagler Ave, New Smyrna Dunes, and Paddleboard New Smyrna Beach, which was a fantastic experience (Roberto was our guide, and we had an incredible experience spotting dolphins, manatees, turtles, and a variety of unique birds). Other great restaurants to try are Outriggers Tiki Bar, Noorwood's Restaurant & Treehouse Bar, Flagler Tavern, and Hidden Treasure Tiki Bar-Grill (try their homemade deep-fried key lime pie; it's amazing!) Communication with the property manager was smooth, though we didn’t run into any issues at all. I highly recommend this place and would definitely rent it again! Thank you!

Beautiful view

We had great time. The weather was rather windy but still enjoyable. The accommodations were very comfortable. We found a restaurant named Garlic which was delicious. Just a FYI. If you take. Right out of the parking lot in a mile or two, just pass theCatholic Church “Our lady of the sea” , is a laundry where you can drop your laundry off to wash, dry, and fold for 20. It was so nice not to have to waste timeVery nice place

Gorgeous view

Super nice condo with beautiful ocean views. Clean, plenty of linens, towels, kitchen gadgets and small appliances if needed. The bed in master suite was comfortable with views also. Did not use the 2nd bedroom. Only complaints were the tv service, it usually wouldn’t have been an issue but we both came down sick and had to stay in for several days. The living room couch was uncomfortable. Location was good with several restaurants and shopping close by. Thanks for sharing your home!

Great Views, Great Accommodations!!

From the moment you open the door...the view is breathtaking and relaxing! The condo has great beachy decor, everything you need in the kitchen, plenty of beach towels to use and the beds are very comfortable. Great sunrise views each morning and breezy comfortable afternoons on the patio. We had an issue with the master toilet leaking, but the rental company was prompt in sending a maintenance guy to check it out for us. We would definitely stay at this rental again!

Great Experience

The condo was very nice with a great ocean view. Pleasantly surprised that there was so much available in the condo for us to use. I say surprised because when reading reviews, it sounded like not a whole lot was provided in terms of towels, paper products and mention that sheets and towels had to be laundered before the 10am checkout time. It seems like procedures may have changed. I verified with the management company exactly what needed to be done for check in/checkout. Laundry is no longer required. There were lots of beach towels which we did not use much as I had not expected to have them provided. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with pretty much anything you could need for meal prep. Plenty of storage for snacks and other necessities. Parking was plentiful and very easy as well. Proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and the downtown area was great. The condo is decorated nicely as well. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.

Girls weekend getaway

I would highly recommend this VRBO. The condo was exactly what we expected based on the pictures provided on VRBO and the details listed in the rental. We had a fabulous stay and would love to return for another girls getaway.

Excellent Property

We had a terrific time at this unit and property. Great access to the beach with fantastic view of the sunrise and ocean. The unit is laid out well and updated. Since we did a lot of cooking, it was wonderful to have a kitchen with so many kitchen tools. Definitely would book again!

Great family beach vacation

Enjoyed everything about this vacation and the accommodations. Extremely clean, beautifully decorated, all the amenities you need. Beach view and access were great as well as pool and rec center (pool table and ping pong). Great place to enjoy a family vacation with teens. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay!

This property was clean, convenient to shopping and restaurants, had everything we needed, relaxed and comfortable atmosphere and best of all...a great view of the ocean! Short but sweet

We had a brief visit and it was our first visit to NSB, but would definitely recommend. The property was in excellent condition and we loved having breakfast on the 7th floor balcony as the sun was rising over the Atlantic. Easy beach access. Very comfortable and welcoming residence. Timely communications with the property management. The only thing we noticed that was different than advertised was the lack of a Keurig coffee maker. There was a coffee maker, but we'd brought Keurig pods with us. It was not an issue, we just opened up pods and poured into the Mr Coffee Style coffee maker.

Mostly magical

The unit almost matches the amazing view of the ocean with the oh-so comfortable balcony seating. The only improvements -which are minor but significant would be to include bars of soap at each bathroom sink.
