„This condo is all you can ask for to have a perfect stay in NSB! The accommodations are impeccable - everything is so organized, clean and meets any need imaginable. Amy is an incredibly gracious host and was quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. The building is located directly across from the Rec Center #1 pool, making it convenient to shuffle kids to and from for naps and mealtimes. We hope to stay here again in the future!“

„Not bad for the price! We liked the 2nd floor because it was quiet. The stairs were ok. We could see the ocean but there is a condo building right next door so the balcony is not at all private and we didn't spend time out there. The heated pool was great! A nice amenity in early Feb! We never had an issue with finding parking. We found the door code system to be easy. There were absolutely no toiletries in this condo other than half empty liquid hand soaps and dish soap and 1/2 a roll of toilet ...

„Our stay was wonderful. The condo was very clean and was fully stocked especially the kitchen. The property is well maintained. The owner is very good about communicating and even took the extra step to let us know there was going to be a full moon. The ocean view is beautiful“

„The condo could use a good deep cleaning. There were hairs on both bathroom floors when arrived. Beds not comfortable at all. Location was great. We lived in Daytona bch shores many years. Now live in Atlanta.“

„Let me just say, the home is located across the street from Izzy’s Island and 7eleven. Izzy’s was perfect for lunch and 7eleven had pizza for dinner when we got back from a festival. The home was stocked with everything we needed. It was also very clean. I personally slept on the sofa mattress and it was comfortable. The AC worked fabulous. I definitely would stay here again if I go back!“

„It was a beautiful little condo. Nothing fancy but for my boyfriend and i it was perfect. Came with 2 beds and a small tv. It was right outside the pool area which was actually really nice and a little pourch of your own. Glad we booked with coastal waters. Thank you for a nice stay.“
