Guests have private access to all of Unit B, including the spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, upstairs bedroom and sleeping area, full bathroom, washer and dryer, and large covered back porch. The porch is reserved for Unit B and features a privacy wall separating it from the Unit A porch, creating a comfortable private outdoor space for relaxing and enjoying the wooded surroundings.

Guests may also enjoy the large backyard, which is a shared outdoor area and may be used by guests staying in Unit A. Unit B has its own private entrance, clearly marked B. Parking is provided in front of the house near the right-side entrance.

This spacious two-story retreat features beautiful natural wood floors throughout, a comfortable open layout and a peaceful wooded setting.

LIVING AREA: Large living room with natural wood floors, a full-size sofa, matching loveseat, area rug and large flat-screen TV mounted above the decorative fireplace.

KITCHEN & DINING: Modern open kitchen with granite countertops, a large granite island with bar seating and two dining tables, each seating four.

COVERED BACK PORCH: Large private covered porch with seating overlooking the secluded, tree-filled backyard. A privacy wall separates the Unit B porch from the smaller Unit A porch.

UPSTAIRS BEDROOM: Spacious bedroom with a queen bed, additional twin bed, large flat-screen TV and decorative non-working fireplace.

BATHROOM: Full upstairs bathroom with a tub and shower.

LAUNDRY: Washer and dryer are conveniently located upstairs for guest use.

OUTDOOR SPACE: Enjoy the large wooded backyard with no neighboring homes visible through the trees. The backyard itself is shared and may also be used by guests staying in Unit A.

Please note that the bedroom, bathroom and laundry are located on the second floor and require stairs.

A car is recommended for staying at this property, as there is no public bus service nearby. Parking is provided directly in front of Unit B for convenient access. Uber, Lyft and local taxi services are available in the New Smyrna Beach area. The beach, Flagler Avenue, Canal Street, restaurants, grocery stores and shopping are all easily accessible by car.
