THE BEDROOMS

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
We want you to know exactly what to expect before you book.
Golden Arms construction began in November 2023 and is ongoing. All interior renovations inside Toes-in-the-Sand #306 are complete, but exterior renovations to the complex are expected to continue through Q4 2026.
During this construction period, guests should expect:
• Construction noise and activity during daytime hours
• Construction generally taking place Monday–Friday, approximately 8 AM–4 PM, excluding holidays
• Temporary changes to pool and beach access
• Access routes that may change during construction and will be identified with on-site signage
• Construction activity in and around common areas
We’ve discounted our rates to reflect these temporary inconveniences.
Because these are discounted construction-period rates, all reservations are final.
If daytime construction activity would interfere with the type of vacation you’re looking for, we completely understand—and encourage you to consider booking at a later time.
