Hotel New Wilmington

« Very close to Wilmington with shops and the Tavern on the Square Restaurant, which is excellent for dinner. »

« When we walked into our room the beds were not made. There was lipstick stains on the sheets, dirty wash clothes and tissues. I have a bad lwg and can't walk. Long distance so that is why I asked to be by the elevator. The room they changed us to, was down by the middle of the hall. Very disappointed with the hotel. »

« When I arrived at the roadway Inn, they had told me that the pool was closed due to no lighting in the pool area so we did not get to use those amenities until the next morning and the pool doesn’t open until nine and you have to be checked out by 11 so an hour of the pool was all we got to enjoy!! the Jacuzzi was pretty dirty and it was breaking apart. « When we booked we weren't sure what to expect since we had never been there before . It was close to where we were visiting and took a chance. It was a pleasant surprise on how perfect it was for our stay . The staff were multitaskers and couldn't be more friendly or professional. All I can say is if we come back we will stay here without thinking about it . I highly recommend it. »

The room was well lit with optional very bright white and amber tones to satisfy my taste for subdued lighting in the room and brighter choices for specific areas like the microwave area.
