Die Eigentümer sind sehr hilfsbereit. Für ganz Hellhörige, hinter dem Grundstück verläuft eine Bahntrasse einer Vorort-Bahn, die allerdings nur bis kurz nach 23h fährt und nicht wirklich stört.
