very disappointing. Check in was mad. The stuff don´t know what other collegue does. We waited for our Skyline-Suite one hour, for our 2nd room until 5.30 pm for check in. Alwyas different Information. Room Service disappointing: in room dining need 1 hour, after one hour we got 3 of 5 meals wrong, one was completely forgotton. Because of the mistake no charge for the dining, thanks. Technical Service did need 1,5 Hours to repair the coffe machine. When we were waiting for check in, we wanted to watch the Roof top bar, but a service guy wanted to charge 20$ for each person to enter. First he didn´t believed that we are hotel guests and waiting for check in.
It was Saturday, at roof top bar loud music. If you want quiet, then don´t stay there at weekend. Because of the disaster at check in we got promissed at late check out, but next morning the stuff was not informed about it. Next day at morning all lays at pool were reserved by personal items of other guests but no lay was used. Poor that the stuff don´t avoid this. The hotel wants to be a "hipster hotel", thinking ecologically, but then they offer free Nespresso Aluminium coffee caps. They should better care, that they are better organized with stuff and hire more people at service. The location is nice, view to the skyline (if you like it) is great, roof top bar wonderful. Stuff mostly friendly but bad organized. We will not come back, we had better experiences in other 5 star Hotels, even in NY
