Tolles Hotel! Alles ist auf Umweltverträglichkeit ausgerichtet; ein Novum für mich in den USA. Grandiose Lage. Sehr teuer, aber den Mehrpreis wert! Zu empfehlen!

Das Hotel war wirklich sehr außergewöhnlich (gut) und das beste auf unsere Reise. Die Aussicht vom Pool und der Rooftop Bar auf Manhattan war einfach phänomenal. Zudem ist das ganze Hotel sehr modern und von den Materialen her sehr interessant eingerichtet. Service war ausgesprochen gut. Unser Zimmer war für uns als vierköpfige Familie ausreichend. Aus unserer Sicht auch das einzige Hotel auf unserer Reise dass Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt hat. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet direkt neben der Brooklyn Bridge.

Hoffentlic bald wieder 1Hotels Standard
Leider noch nicht zurück auf 1 Hotels Standard da es erst ein paar Tage offen hatte. Lange check-in Zeit da der front desk nur mit 1 Person besetzt war. Keine upgrade Möglichkeit da nur eine begrenzte Anzahl von Zimmern vergeben werden. Nur eine begrenzte Anzahl von Personen am Pool erlaubt und man muss sich dafür einen Termin geben lassen. Die Auswahl der Speisen im Restaurant und Cafe sind sehr begrenzt und vieles nicht verfügbar obwohl es auf der Karte steht. Das Zimmer top wie immer und sehr bequemes Bett. Leider schmeckte das Wasser im Zimmer vom aufbereiteten Hahn sehr chlorhältig so dass man es nicht trinken konnte. Der Ausblick vom Pool ein Traum

Vorab: die Lage ist unschlagbar, der Ausblick auf Lower Manhatten ebenfalls. Das Personal an sich ist freundlich, allerdings läuft die gesamte Kommunikation über ein iPad im Zimmer. Wenn man essen bestellt dauert es ewig bis es dann kommt. Die Zimmer sind stylisch, aber unpraktisch. Ich hatte die Liberty Suite (ohne Blick auf die Statue sondern auf einen Baum) und für 7 Tage Aufenthalt nicht mal ein Regal für die Kleidung. Das preis leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier einfach nicht. Schade!

Tolles Hotel an guter , sicherer und schöner Lage. Alles sehr gut erreichbar, mit Föhre, U bahn oder zu Fuss. Das Rooftop ist super. Unbedingt Skyline Sicht buchen, damit die sensationelle Sicht auf Manhattan hat. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist sehr cool😀 Das Housekeeping 'vergisst' die Zimmer zu machen und man muss sie per SMS dazu auffordern. Das Personal im allgemeinen ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, vorallem die jungen männlichen Angestellten. Die junge Receptionistin mit den sehr langen Rastahaaren gehört betreffend Freundlichkeit nicht ins 1Hotel.

very disappointing. Check in was mad. The stuff don´t know what other collegue does. We waited for our Skyline-Suite one hour, for our 2nd room until 5.30 pm for check in. Alwyas different Information. Room Service disappointing: in room dining need 1 hour, after one hour we got 3 of 5 meals wrong, one was completely forgotton. Because of the mistake no charge for the dining, thanks. Technical Service did need 1,5 Hours to repair the coffe machine. When we were waiting for check in, we wanted to watch the Roof top bar, but a service guy wanted to charge 20$ for each person to enter. First he didn´t believed that we are hotel guests and waiting for check in. It was Saturday, at roof top bar loud music. If you want quiet, then don´t stay there at weekend. Because of the disaster at check in we got promissed at late check out, but next morning the stuff was not informed about it. Next day at morning all lays at pool were reserved by personal items of other guests but no lay was used. Poor that the stuff don´t avoid this. The hotel wants to be a "hipster hotel", thinking ecologically, but then they offer free Nespresso Aluminium coffee caps. They should better care, that they are better organized with stuff and hire more people at service. The location is nice, view to the skyline (if you like it) is great, roof top bar wonderful. Stuff mostly friendly but bad organized. We will not come back, we had better experiences in other 5 star Hotels, even in NY

Was hat uns gefallen: Das Hotel ist sehr stylisch, modern eingerichtet, die vielen Pflanzen geben einen das Gefühl einer Naturoase mitten in der pulsierenden Stadt. Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Zimmer sind sauber, und man fühlt sich ab der ersten Stunde wohl und heimisch. Der Service im Cafe Neighbours war jeden Tag freundlich, sehr nett und hilfsbereit, das Personal hat hier sichtlich Spaß an ihrer Arbeit. Wir haben ein upgrade mit Sicht auch die Brooklyn Bridge bekommen, vielen, vielen Dank an das Management dafür. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend schön, wir hatten jeden Tag unser Frühstück im Zimmer mit Blick auf die Brücke und Manhattan. Was hat uns nicht gefallen: ??? This hotel is amazing taste. One of the most nice visual and atmosphere hotel in New York. Restaurant is good bit too salty like usual restaurant. Staff is nice but bit dry. Room is very nice but the water faucet was really tight and not design for comfortable use. Roof top view is fantastic.pool is good to refresh. I would come back again.

Feel duped. Was told on entry that we had been upgraded only to then really work out that we had lost our view which was the most important. Place is amazing. Everything about it is my vibe but to be told we booked your room and we can’t move you simply isn’t good enough and in their first breathe it was we upgraded you. Terrible customer relations.

The staff had an attitude which was not customer oriented. The music was awful and loud and intrusive in the public areas and the fact that my payment was nonrefundable and in addition to that a $250 reserve was held on each night of my rooms is totally unacceptable, I will never come back to the hotel and will not recommend it to anyone

This is my second stay at this property. We enjoy it and the proximity to our daughter’s apartment. The area is very lively and love the views. The only thing I really don’t like are the keys. They are easy for room access but not good for the elevator. I appreciate they are wooden but my fingers struggle with the round size. Think about a square. It would be so much easier.

I’ve stayed the 1 hotel Miami and it was exceptional. The 1 hotel Brooklyn bridge was super disappointing. The staff doesn’t want to be there, no attention to detail. Housekeeping was poor with room service dirty wine glasses and dishes left behind. I don’t recommend and wouldn’t stay again.

A beautiful property nestled right next to the pier with unbeatable views of the manhattan bridge and Ellis island. A great getaway from the busy city while only being a short train ride away. The in room dining service was phenomenal- presentation, price, taste, ticket time and service. The cafe off the lobby offered great grab and go options and the lounge was a tranquil atmosphere filled with greenery and cozy seating. If you’re wondering if you should book this property? You should. It’s worth every dollar. Can’t wait to travel to another 1hotel property!
