Wir haben 9 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auf Grund der Länge unseres Aufenthalt haben wir von einem Long Stay Nachlass profitiert - diesen erhält man ab 7 Nächten. Das Zimmer mit Flussblick hatte einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf den East River und auf das Financial District. Wir empfanden das Zimmer als sehr sauber und modern. Das Bett war auch sehr bequem. Schlechte Bewertungen über unfreundliches Personal kann ich absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Wir wurden jedes Mal freundlich begrüßt oder uns wurde beim Verlassen des Hotels ein schöner Tag gewünscht. Auch auf unseren Wunsch den Check out zu verlängern, wurde eingegangen ohne hierfür etwas zu berechnen. Alles in allem kann ich das Hotel sehr empfehlen. Danke liebes AC Hotel Team für den tollen Aufenthalt!

The housekeeping Service was very poor. We have to complain for housekeeping every day. Nevertheless the Hotel was clean and around were a lot of shops.

Modernes, sauberes Hotel im Financial District. Tolle Lage direkt am Wasser. Leider kein Außenbereich mit Blick auf die Häuser oder Wasser. Dafür sehr moderne Zimmer und kein Teppichboden, was uns mit Kleinkind sehr wichtig war. Nettes Personal. Preis wie überall in New York viel zu hoch, aber dafür war das Zimmer für NY Verhältnisse recht großzügig und sehr sauber. Geld für das Frühstück sollte man sich sparen und bspw bei Leos Bagels morgens frühstücken gehen.

Stayed here to visit the Statue of Liberty and it was fairly easy to walk to the park. The hotel was beautiful and very nice. The views were beautiful.

The property was nice and clean but wasn't the most convenient to navigate to/from when you aren't utilizing Uber. The 2 major inconveninces were the fact that there wasn't a microwave available on site and the only ice machine in the entire building was located on the 3rd floor and if my recollection is correct, there were over 20 floors in total. The staff did explain it was due to "one bad apple" but it was still frustrating.

Very nice modern hotel. Well located in the business district just far enough away from the hustle and bustle and right by the water. Rooms were a bit tight for 4 people but with the large windows, gave it a very open feel so it wasn't too bad. Fridge was nice and good size. The bathroom had great amenities and effecient design for a smaller room. The shower design is amazing and a joy to use. HOWEVER. Whoever decided that the bathroom have a sliding glass door, that does not seal completely...meaning, it's the same as there being no door...did not think this through. In such a compact room, I don't need to have access to all the smells and sounds coming from the bathroom, just like I'm also in there at the same time. That was a complete fail. Parking is a bit of a nightmare. There is NO parking provided by, or associated with the hotel. This was not clear on the listing description (where is says offsite parking is available). Yes, parking is available, if you can find it! I circled around for 30 minutes till I found a quiet small road lot (which actually ended up being an amazing)... but no help from the hotel. So book your parking in advance if you stay here. Also, this hotel is a bit of a walk from any subway line, so keep that in mind. Aside from that, it was a nice hotel and we had a great view on the water.

The place was well-cleaned and felt very secure. We had an amazing view! I would highly recommend this hotel. Unfortunately, breakfast was not included in the hotel rate (not complimentary). Overall, I would give 5-stars because of its location, safety and how clean it was.

The hotel is nice, location is unbeatable. they offer water bottles as well which I think is a great plus. Can be expensive at times but i think that comes with the location check-in check-out was smooth. The bedding is little old, cleaning is top notch. Def recommend

Beautiful, modern, European style hotel. Rooms are somewhat small and simple, but nice and comfortable. The nearby deli called The Best Food of New York is one of my favorites. Lower Manhattan is the best area to stay. Mid town is too crazy for me.

Loved the view from my room window and loved how clean the room was. Also loved the area as it was very quiet and peaceful. Can take a beautiful walk along the pier as well. Definitely will stay again and longer to enjoy the wonders of downtown NYC.
