The apartment was ok, not bad. The fact that it’s a walk up should be shared. The hallway leaves a lot to be desired. They need more outlets. The bedrooms are street facing and can be a noise issue. Should be shared. The kitchen ceiling had significant water damage and leaked during our stay. Fix before renting again. The kitchen window is damaged and has masking tape, fix it. Shower faucet leaks. Clean the windows, easy way to spruce it up. Couch was good but is needing replacement. We were even able to sleep on it but not great (ground floor was power washing at 430a). Beds were very comfortable. AC was great, Wi-Fi instructions would help. Host was VERY responsive!

Good: the rooms; larger br was spacious, second was completely adequate. Common area was inviting and warm. Bad: the place is falling apart. Ceiling drains in several places. Seems to be waste water from apt above dripping into dining area. If I can, will include a picture of this (it's disgusting). The shower has a tub drain (??) that leaks constantly. Water stains on walls. Broken window held together by masking tape. Upstairs neighbors seem to enjoy running around, a lot. The front food lock is broken; on a couple of occasions was lucky to get in because others were buzzed in to the building. Would never stay again, and do not recommend. The contact person, Mayra, was responsive and very pleasant.

Great Location

Its in a great location to the places you want to see. The bus service is very close by and easy to get to. Less than 2 minutes away. When we got there we had a couple of issues and we texted D.R. and responded quickly and took care of the issue. One thing I can say they responded back quickly with all the questions we had before our stay. Just below the apartment there a Rocky's Pizza by the slice. One of the greatest pizza around. A lot of choices to choose from. There is a coffee shop next to that and a Deli Shop. The Deli has great choices for breakfast and very reasonable prices. The only negative thing would be climbing the two flight of stairs to get to the apartment. But it good exercise for you. If we go back we would diffently stay there again.

Great location next to bus stops and close to the subway.A plethora of restaurant, coffee, and snack options to choose from. Really homey neighborhood. The apartment was spacious and clean. All the necessities were there. Beds were comfortable. Couch was comfortable enough to sleep on as well. Check in was easy and property managers were responsive. Will definitely look to stay again next year!

Great location

The apartment itself was nice, the location was great! Some of the AC units didnt work so it got a bit hot. The only bad part of the stay was the neighbors upstairs have some extremely loud and rowdy kids that would rampage throughout their apartment all night long making it difficult to sleep. Other than that loved the convenience and location. Made getting around very easy.

Great location and inside was spotlessly clean. The apartment needs a bit of TLC ie paint job, shower tiles replaced to avoid cuts etc but owner/manager was quick to respond to concerns and also quick to replace items listed that weren’t there ie coffee maker and iron.

Great Stay!

We had a great experience with our stay here. Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed our time. Bed was comfortable and it was clean. The area felt safe overall and the pizza place downstairs I highly recommend. Lots of little places very close to eat or grab a cocktail. The subway was about a 7 minute walk. There were some night time noises, but that comes with staying in New York. I would stay here again.

This apartment is well appointed, very clean and the hosts are very receptive and very nice. Great location and lots of grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants. Transport is also easy. Highly recommended and we will surely book again.
