    1. Die gebuchte Zimmer Kategorie war zum Zeitpunkt des Check in nicht verfügbar! Somit wurde uns eine schlechtere Zimmer Kategorie für die erste Nacht angeboten und wir mussten dann am nächsten Tag umziehen. 2. Ein oder zwei von sechs Check-In Schaltern waren nur geöffnet. Dies führte beim Check-In und später auch beim Check-Out zu Wartezeiten zwischen 45 und 60 Minuten. Nach einem langen Transatlantikflug ist dies unakzeptabel. Auf meine Bitte einen weiteren Schalter zu eröffnen bekamen wir nur ein anlehnendes Handzeichen. 3. Die Handtücher und auch die Duschutensilien wurden während des gesamten einwöchigen Aufenthalt nicht erneuert. Ich bin geschäftlich häufig international unterwegs und habe einen solch schlechten Service noch nie erlebt. Dies führte zu meiner mangelhaften Bewertung des Hotels. Wolfgang
