Perfekte Lage
Lage, Lage, Lage! Mittendrin, ganz in der Nähe des Empire State Building zwischen 5th und 6th Avenue super gelegen, vieles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Relativ kleines Hotel, junge Staff - mit nicht allzu hoher Qualifikation 😉 Aber für unsere Anforderungen völlig ausreichend und daher würden wir es wieder buchen! Anas Café gegenüber ist sehr zu empfehlen zum Frühstücken!!!

Lage top, Zimmer sehr staubig, HSK mangelhaft. Personal in der Bar im Erdgeschoss sehr unaufmerksam und desinteressiert. Rooftop bar top service gute drinks. Tip: an der Rezeption kann man sich kostenlos Wasserflaschen holen so oft man will, diese sind in den Resort Gebühren anscheinend enthalten

Sucht euch was anderes
Das Zimmer war winzig und sehr staubig. Die Handtücher sind alt und kratzig. Weder Türen noch Fenster sind dicht - man hört alles. Der Nachtvorhang ist defekt. Für den Preis und dass es ein 4-Stern Hotel ist es ganz tiefes Niveau. Positiv ist die super Lage, die Dusche und die USB Anschlüsse, um das Handy aufzuladen.

Die Kaffeemaschine wurde nicht nachgefüllt in drei Tagen und der Tisch wo sie darauf stand auch nicht, obwohl etwas ausgeleert wurde. Der Wasserhahn in der Dusche war nicht richtig fixiert was beim Bedienen erhebliche Probleme bereitete, bzw. nur über den Haupt-Wasserhahn die Wassertemperatur eingestellt wurde. Je mehr man aufdrehte, desto wärmer floss das Wasser.

Eigentlich gut gemacht, teils schlecht geführt
Die Lage ist sehr gut, optisch ist das Hotel durchaus ansprechend. Housekeeping war unterirdisch, teils wurde erst am Abend, teils wurde gar nix gemacht. Nichts nachgefüllt. Sogar dem Toilettenpapier musste man andauernd hinterher rennen. Zimmer teils duster, Dusche und Toilette kaputt - das wurde aber zügig erledigt. Dennoch blieb das Gefühl, man sei Projektmanager, wie ein gutes Hotel funktionieren könnte…Die Dachbar ist ein Highlight.

Tolle Lage - Perfekt für einen Städtetrip geeignet
Das Hotel ist insgesamt gut und für einen Städtetrip nach New York bestens geeignet. Die Lage ist hervorragend, fußläufig erreicht man alles wichtige in Manhattan! Zudem hat das Hotel eine sehr schöne Rooftop Bar mit direktem Blick auf das Empire State Building. Die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein, in den 8 Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes scheint das Waschbecken und der Fußboden kein einziges mal sauber gemacht worden zu sein. Insgesamt jedoch eine 100% Weiterempfehlung für Städtetripler die New York erkunden wollen!!

Die Lage ist kaum zu überbieten. Ganz nahe am Time Square, Bryant Park, Empire State Building, Macy's, Rockfeller Center, Radio Music City etc. Hotelzimmer klein. Schrank nicht ideal eingerichtet. Schwierig alles weg zu räumen. Badezimmer dafür schön gross. Ruhig! Sehr freundliches Personal.

Das Preis- /Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Das Hotel ist im Vergleich relativ günstig, die Leistungen sind dementsprechend... wir mussten um jedes Handtuch kämpfen :-). Reservationen im hervorragenden Restaurant gingen verloren, das Personal war grösstenteils übellaunig. Aber die Aussicht und die Qualität des Essens entschädigten dafür...

Excellent hotel to stay. Nice and clean, beautiful deco, beautiful bar and roof top. Room are very cozy, clean and confortable bed. The location is just perfect, few minutes walk fron public Library and Bryant park.. another 5 min to time square.. we enjoyed every minutes of our trip!

The check in staff was incredibly rude and didn’t take the time to explain anything about the hotel. Our room had an issue with the AC and after 3 tries to get it repaired we gave up and the front desk made it clear there was nothing to be done as they were fully booked. Our room wasn’t cleaned, we left at 8am and returned at 5pm and housing keeping hadn’t been in. Overall the service at the hotel was unacceptable and did not seem to care they were providing poor service.

3 girlfriends and i just stayed for a fun filled 40th birthday weekend, the Hendricks did not dissapoint, the location is perfect the hotel is trendy and the staff is top notch, bug thank you to the manager Anthony for making our stay extra special. I would highly recommed booking Daintree for some epic rooftop photos.

Such fun decor, who doesnt love a little bit of animal print in their life? The animal print backdrop really brings energy and a fun vibe to the room. Great bathroom as well, you can see the quality in the furnishings and hardware. A great litle boutique withgreat service(Even at 1am)!

well maintained and clean rooms - pleasant staff - reception is close to a bar with music and at times it was impossible to hear the reception staff well especially with their accents - the onsite dining option was poor but plenty of options round the hotel to eat

I dont have much expectation from hotel in NYC especially time-square area. But this hotel is really reach my expectation both staff and service and the room itself is quite spacious HUGEEE Bed and room for luggage, super strong shower !!! Totally recommended

Excellent hotel. Beatifully decorated. Prime customer service. They even checked me in when I arrived in the morning and gave me my room even though check in was at 3pm. Loved the location and pricing. Definetively will use this hotel again.

This was a nice place to stay. The people were nice and the location was good. They didn't give me the kind of room I booked and made a change with no advance notice to me but they did make it up to me with a an upgrade of sorts, so while the communication on that wasn't great, the customer service made up for it, which is all you can really ask for. The rooftop lounge is nice too.

It is a cute boutique style hotel with lovely interior design. It was smaller than I expected in the lobby, but overall a nice place with great restaurant. Convenient to so many places and walkable. It was quiet too, which for NYC is a plus.
