Ist schon gut in die Jahre gekommen. Lobby ist renoviert, Zimmer leider nicht. Rezeption ok, Roomservice super, jeden Tag Reinigung und frische Handtücher. Leider keine Aufbewahrung für Koffer, dafür bekamen wir aber einen Checkout eine Stunde später.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Am Morgen hat man lange Wartezeiten vor den beiden Liften. Zweimal hat es in der Nacht über die Lüftung nach Canabis in unserem Zimmer gerochen. Zwei mal ging unsere Zimmer Karte nicht mehr an der Zimmertüre. Das Problem hatten auch andere Gäste. Bei Problemen wurde aber immer gleich geholfen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit.

Gutes Hotel an super Lage
Das Hotel ist optimal gelegen, in der Nähe des Empire State Buildings, Penn Station etc. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, aber nicht topmodern. Staff waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Rooftop Bar ist toll mit super Aussicht

Terrible
Terrible… the hotel was very dirty, old, smelly and noisy... the curtains and towels has stains. No hand towels, no phone and AC was from the 80s never upgraded. The bathtub is clogged … and the water from the clogged bathtub is grayish color… The only reason I stayed is because of my last minutes booking and nothing is available, but with the price that they are charging it’s unreasonable and is it expensive. The front desk & Staff… was not friendly, I asked a simple question about if there was a USB outlet on the wall… staff start telling me how much it will cost to install one in each room and telling me how many rooms there is in the hotel then it will cost him a lot to upgrade. Very unprofessional.

Justo e simples
O hotel é muito bem localizado e pudemos ir a pé na maioria dos itens que desejávamos visitar. Os quartos são bem equipados e a limpeza estava ótima. A operação do hotel parece ser bem enxuta. Por exemplo, não há café da manhã mas há opções de restaurantes na região que atendem plenamente essa falta.

Would stay here again
Very basic accommodations but must say the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I was on the 8th floor and never heard outside noise. Cable channels were plenty. Good ac. Did not have a view other than a building across. Location is GREAT: plenty of food options, nearby attractions and transportation. Did not spend much time in the room other that the night time and early mornings so this hotel served the purpose.

The staff, from the front desk, bellboy and maids were very friendly. You can't beat the location, you can walk everywhere and if not, metro is very convenient. Rooms are a little dated, but for the price, I think it is fine.

Le foto delle camere non sono veritiere, abbiamo dovuto cambiare camera perché la serratura ci ha bloccate dentro, la cassaforte non si chiudeva e il bagno era sporco. Nella seconda camera ci si sono smagnetizzate le tessere per aprire la camera. Gli asciugamani grandi sono molto piccoli.

Horrible Hotel
It was terrible. Had to immediately change rooms as the one they put us in had no water. Next room was smaller with hardly anything in it. No hand towels, no comforter, no phone. AC was ancient and even on 68 hardly any air and we sweated all night long. And it was expensive.

Good hotel, good price, room was clean, GREAT VIEW of the EMPIRE STATE BUILDING!!! We didn't make it to the rooftop club, got there a little too late, but it sounded fun from outside the door... Amazing Korean BBQ restaurants just outside the hotel doors!

Terrible!!
Terrible service, my wife had to scrubbed down the entire room because of the piles dust. When I asked for a new ice holder, the front desk guy looked tired and lazy and didn’t wanna get the key to go get a new one because the old one had stains in it. And the room also looked as if it wasn’t completed being built. Literally looked like a shed with a carpet

There was a table with an outlet. I charged my devices until my son told me the table outlet was not plugged into anything. I spent the 4 hour journey the next day with an uncharged pc and phone and could not do my work. Also no coffee machine. We had to leave early and wanted a cup of coffe.

The Hotel was very dirty, smelly, old, run down and noisy. The only reason I stayed is because I checked in late and I moved to another hotel the next day. I would I Like someone to connect me from Hotels.com about it as I only stayed 2 night.

This property is closer to a 1 star than a 3. I felt like I was staying in a witness protection motel. The TV didn’t work, the walls had holes everywhere and the room was dirty. The towels and curtains had stains.

Comfortable, quiet and spacious for a Manhattan hotel. Super convenient to subways. Street outside is crowded, festive and noisy on weekend nights but no worries - hotel is quiet inside.

This place should be rated with NEGATIVE STARS. Customers were complaining when I entered, I should have known better. They don't hold any luggage for guests, and reason "COVID," even though nobody is wearing masks. They over-charged and blamed the day manager. The room was FILTHY and I moved hotels within 10 minutes of getting my keys, and they refused to refund me. TERRIBLE!!!

Our room was clean, efficient, and (for Manhattan) spacious. Not fancy, not faded — decent all around. And a good price for Manhattan. We would stay again. Do note: The hotel won’t hold your luggage after you check out, such as if you have a late flight or train. You’ll need to check Yelp for a place to store them for a small fee; there are two five or so blocks away: 555 NY Souvenirs and Gifts on 8th near 37th and StoreMe/UPS Store on Madison near 36th.
