Wonderful, central, quiet hotel with the kindest staff - we had a beautiful time, and that also thanks to Raquelle. The rooms have a view into the Bryant park and the NY Public Library, and although it is located so centrally, you are not occupied by noises from the city. And you only need ten minutes to walk to the time square / your next broadway show. It also has a great entertainment system in the room, free coffee machine, water supplies. Will definitely come back the next time I am in NYC!

Lovely hotel - with very friendly employees! We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful rooms, very clean and stylish. Very nice also the free coffee in the morning - on the beautiful terrace looking to Bryant Park. We are looking forward to come back :-)

Das Hotel liegt direkt ggü dem Bryant Park, 2min entfernt findet man gute Möglichkeiten zum Frühstück, der Times Square ist fußläufig keine 10min entfernt. Die Zimmer sind mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und haben eine gute Größe. In jedem Stockwerk kann man kostenlos Wasser bekommen. Es ist ein kleines, aber ausreichend großes Fitnesstudio vorhanden und eine Sauna. Es ist allerdings etwas schwierig, dass die Sauna direkt im Fitnesstudio liegt und man keine Möglichkeit einer Ruhezone hat. Im 6. OG findet man eine Terasse, die zum morgendlichen gemütlichen Kaffee trinken (kostenlos) einlädt. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr sauber, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen.

Die Unterkunft an sich war in Ordnung, Sauberkeit, Lage perfekt. Zimmer war direkt gegenüber vom Lift das war nicht gut, trotz einer Buchung der höheren Zimmer Kategorie und des höheren Stockwerk keine Aussicht zum Park und war es sehr laut. Wer mit Lärm nicht gut schläft muss darauf achten bei der Buchung, oder beim einchecken. Dafür ist der Preis den man zahlt einfach zu hoch.

Lovely and modern hotel next to Bryant Park. Check-in was quick and welcoming thanks to Tristan. House keeping could be improved as our room wasn’t cleaned twice even though we were away throughout noon and afternoon.

The only thing the rooms are lacking are storage space for clothing. The rooms are only equipped with a very small cabinet, leading to not being able to unload your suitcase. Especially if you stay for more than one night. Additionally a small fridge would also be nice to have.

I was very impressed with this property from the moment we arrived until after check out. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating whenever we had questions about dining options and how to get around town. The room was clean and well appointed. For NYC, I would say the size was bigger than expected. I did book a high floor since they tend to be quieter and my room (1108) was located at the end of the hall and on the back side of the building so it was even quieter. The bed was comfortable and I love the Malin & Geotz toiletries. My biggest complaint is the lack of half & half available to go with the Nespresso machine in the room (only Coffeemate) but plenty of coffee shops in the immediate area. The location was lovely too with Bryant Park just across the street and subway station located within the block. If you’re looking for a hotel in Midtown, pick this one!

The staff is very welcoming and customer-oriented. The terrace patio was under construction during my last stay, and is now open and a great space. Park Terrace is rapidly becoming my go-to NYC hotel.

Room is very clean, new bath and bedding materials. Very small west facing rooms with very little natural light even by NY standards. One elevator was not working so I walked the stairs a lot. Only on the third floor so no problem for me. Coffee maker is nespresso style, only espresso cups which was fashionable but I just wanted to make coffee. Location is great, at this price point you can find a bigger room that’s comparable in quality.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for an early birthday weekend for me. From the moment we arrived, Harry was extremely charismatic and eager to make our stay perfect! I had requested a room with a view (since it was my birthday weekend) and when we got up to the room we saw a brick wall. I went down and talked to Harry about how I had requested a view (and totally understood that I was told it would only happen based on availability) and Harry made it happen!! On top of that fabulous hospitality, they were able to hold our bags and food while we walked around our last day after check out! If I stay in the city again, this is where you will find me :)

Location of the hotel is great and the staff was very helpful. Free water is great. Restaurant on site is very good. Rooms are on the small side and terrace was closed for remodeling.

Ideally situated for exploring New York, opposite the public library (a good landmark if lost!) and Bryant park. Great in room toiletries, sadly no tea bags but I’m sure the lovely staff would have provided some if asked (we had bought our own and asked for a kettle in the room which they obliged). Room was spacious and clean. Sports Center well equipped. The best bit was complimentary wine hour, this was the cherry on a pretty perfect cake!
